Candy was about a half hour early to my appointment she was very knowledgeable on appraisals and help me out with another situation too I would definitely highly recommend her and she was not expensive I give her five stars definitely use her again

Extremely unprofessional! She does so much talking that she canâ t listen to what the customer is asking her. She refused to answer simple questions such such as what tool/program she uses to determine appraisal, and has an assistant do the appraisals for her while she runs around trying to drum up more business. Appraisal could have been completed in the amount of time it took her to bad mouth realtors. Then spent another half hour carrying on about how the city could constantly mess things up as important as property taxes. She claims that she is a realtor, appraiser, stager, & decorator, but hasnâ t seemed to master any of them. Trust me, save yourself the money and the headache!
