It went very well. He was responsive. He came when he said he would. He came back to follow up after I had paid. He was very easy to deal with. I used him at my previous home as well.
Description of Work: He sprayed a wasps nest. A few days later, he came back and removed the nest.

Joel was responsive and thorough.
Description of Work: Came by and inspected the frame of my garage which is about to be renovated to determine any insect concerns that would require treatment. Joel was responsive and very helpful. No treatment was needed but a future preventive service was recommended for termites. Given the last termite treatment for my property was nearly 20 years ago, Joel suggested that it be repeated. The Bug Man does not treat for termites but Joel offered a few recommendations and good approaches in hiring a service.

Everything was easily and quick from start to finish. The owner does the work himself and he knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: The Bug Man sprayed my house and shed for ants. He is very responsive and helpful and gave us tips for reducing the likelihood of having more ant problems down the road. His pricing is very competitive and he does careful work.

What stood out was that he was able to schedule us promptly so he was able to come within a couple days from when we called. We had seen good reviews of him and decided to go with him. The price was reasonable. I will use him again in the future.

I am very happy with the service. Have used the Bug Man before and will use him again whenever I need bugs to be gone. I think he is quite reasonable. I have pets and he was cognizant of their safety and advised me how to keep them safe. Joel the owner is a very nice guy and well-known in the neighborhood.
Description of Work: I called Joel and made an appointment for a couple of days later. He came promptly and placed ant bait around the perimeter of my house and a few traps inside. The ants were gone immediately and I haven't seen any signs of them since.

I don't know how much it was because the building management for my condo paid for it. Altogether, however, I would recommend his services; he came quickly, on time, and got rid of my problem.
Description of Work: I had small black bugs in the food in my kitchen cabinets. The Bug Man came and treated my kitchen for me, and I never had a problem again.

As promised, Joel called me the day before the inspection to make sure the day worked. I was not at home at the time of the inspection, but he had arranged with my Realtor to gain access. When the inspection was completed, he called me to let me know the status. Couldn't have been easier or smoother.

THEY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED FOR INFESTATION, THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND RESPECTABLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT T THE JOB DONE BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
