In July 2017, I discovered a mysterious leak in my brick and plaster bedroom wall which was causing the plaster to bubble. It was hard to find a company that would come out to my home for such a small problem - most places had minimum job sizes and weren't interested. Bratislav at BP Home Improvement came out to look at the problem, explained to me several possible causes, and suggested a series of repair ideas ranging from minor (least expensive/time-consuming) to drastic. We agreed to try the smallest intervention first and increase actions from there. Bratislav and his crew had to make several trips out to my home before the problem was solved by sealing the outside of the bricks and closing all cracks and holes. They were always punctual, polite, and professional. They cleaned after themselves (so much plaster dust!) and Bratislav responded promptly to emails, calls, and text messages. I would definitely hire them again. One more point: the insurance company rep was also completely baffled by the cause of the leak, and his suggestion as to the probable cause turned out to be totally off-base. So Bratislav's patient exploration of different options that stopped short of the insurance rep's recommended action of cutting a huge hole in the plaster to find out what was happening was greatly appreciated!!
