Blue Ridge started off with a good in person introduction regarding their scope of work. Then they proceeded with asking me what I wanted to achieve and how they would be able to accomplish my scope of work. Very pleased with the landscaping of our front yard as well as the installation of our wood steps in the backyard

Overall: Terrible workmanship, low quality plants and no attention to detail, ended up paying twice as much to repair what they did to our poor front lawn. Terrible waste of monwy. We were charged over 1500 dollars for what amounted to two shrubs, and sod to fill in some dead patches that DID NOT MATCH the existing grass. When we followed up, the owner said that was all they had. We also paid to have mulch installed and they poured it over the existing mulch we wanted removed. The result - our yard is way too high and the new mulch quickly mixed with the old and looks terrible. We had to pay to have it all removed and redone. If you would like to see photos, we are happy to share the terrible landscaping work they did.

Very professional. . . arrived on time, did excellent work, superintendent on job checked in with me and oversaw the job from start to finish.

They were dependable, they listened to what we needed, and they were sensitive to who we were, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. I am a customer service person, and in my opinion, their customer service was stellar! Their actual work was superb! I cannot say enough good things about Blue Ridge Enterprises!

Very diligent about repairing the leak in the underground area that wasn't even related to landscaping I suppose ... but it finally took care of the problem. I really appreciate the work they did and even applied the cemented area where the problem actually originated from. Thank you so much. I would love to have them back to do more work on my patio.

The estimate was reasonable and the final charge was close to the estimate. The team was very responsive to our desires, worked very hard, and did a fine job.

We are definitely seeing the results in our front yard after working with Blue Ridge for approx. 6-8 mos.

Fast and efficient. Even did the last lawn mowing of the season after they finised raking the leaves. Would give 5 stars for quality if leaves could have been removed using a vacuum truck instead of around 40 plastic bags.
