Description of Work: Better Termite and Pest Control performed an exterior treatment of my home in Alexandria. They arrived as requested, performed the treatment and provided a report upon completion. This is the second occurance that I have requested/used their services and I will continue to turn to them as needed.

Description of Work: Treated for evidence of termites. They had to postpone because of rain and that was fine. They rescheduled promptly and were on time for the appointment. We have seen no evidence of termites after their visit. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. Would recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: We recently landscaped much of our garden and added a lot of mulch. It occured to us that this cold be a vehicle for termites so we got this reference from Angie's list and called them. The inspection and service were great.

I used to use just a regular termite service that ran $99 each visit, but their has been such a problem with termites in people's houses around our neighborhood, that I wanted to step up with treatment to more effectively protect our home. I guess that $315 is a lot better than the cost of the damage to my home, if something ever happened.
Description of Work: We have a mechanism in the ground that treats termites around our home. They take care of maintaining that for us.

We have had a long term working relationship with Better Termite and Pest Control Co., Inc. Each year we renew an annual contract for a representative to inspect our town house, treat the house, foundation and grounds with appropriate chemicals, and renew our warranty. The representative is always courteous, punctual and informative of what we should do to keep termites from infecting our house. The representative performs a very thorough inspection of our house to include crevices, behind insulation, under stairs, all internal foundation he can access, etc. We have never had a termite problem despite our location on a woodline. I attribute this to the quality of Better Termite and Pest Control Co., measures.
