I was extremely pleased with the service and the results. Very little needed to be cleaned up after their visit and the work was done within 2 hours.

The woman who took my call was friendly and professional, and suggested I might want to buy replacement bulbs and light sockets before the technician came, to save time and money. On the day of the appointment, the technician called to say he was in the area and could come early, which was fine with me. He was friendly, worked quickly, and took the time to clean the light cover in the kitchen before replacing it.

The technician was very pleasant and very efficient.

Fabulously! Two electricians (I was only expecting one) arrived right in the middle of the three hour block of time. (They even called about 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their way.) Both men were polite and professional; and clean too. When they had to cut into my ceiling in the dining room to shift the light about six inches to the right of where the previous one was, they took the time to sweep up a good chunk of the plaster debris on the floor. They got the the job done expeditiously (a bit over an hour), and the job actually cost me a bit less than I was anticipating based on the estimate I was given over the phone. I'd definitely call these guys back in the future.

Listing should have included that they would not do this work in the District of Columbia!

When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman was able to schedule it for just 2-3 days after I called, and answered my questions about their pricing. Marc was prompt;he called when he was on his way;he and his assistant completed the job within about 30 minutes. The installation looks great, and they left the area clean. The only minor issue was that in connecting the fan, they somehow deactivated two of the outlets in the room. We were able to have them come back about two days later to fix that problem. I'm very pleased overall with their work and would hire them again for electrical work.

The appointment was scheduled for 12 to 3:30 pm, and at 12:30, Steve called to say he was on the way. He was very professional and efficient, and did an excellent job.

They were fabulous. It took ''Sy'' and his help (Josh, I think) less than an hour. I thought it would be two or three. They are great guys and give great service.

This was a gift to my daughter. She said that the "estimator" was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. She was impressed. The estimate was given to me and I spoke with the office in order to pay for it. They, too, were very efficient and professional. The work was done in about 10 days and was done very well. My daughter was pleased.

They were great. They were able to squeeze me in around a cancellation. Great communication. Great workers, it was a two man crew, that went right to work. Can you tell I think they were great?

They were on time and very capable. The two workers were able to work on their own. They cleaned up areas when finished.

When I explained to the person who answered the phone the work that I needed to have done and that I needed it soon, she worked with me to make that happen. The workers (don't remember their names) were right on time, pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use Becker again!

Two electricians showed up on time and did all the work, including clean-up, in 2 hours. They were totally polite and offered great solutions to issues that arose during the work. I had received a general quote for the work based on estimated time and it was right on.

Very pleased overall. The tech's did arrive at the tail end of the 3 hour window, but were professional, efficient, and very helpful. We're very satisfied with the work performed, and would recommend them again.

Overall experience was excellent. Electrician showed up as scheduled, and did a fine, professional job. This was a simple job that a skilled home handyman undoubtedly could have done without prefessional help, but not having a great deal of confidence in my electrical skills, I preferred to call in a pro and get the job done right the first time.

This was not an emergency, so my appointment was scheduled about a week after my call. (The problem arose right after a period of very heavy rain, and had occurred before every so often.) The electrician quickly determined that the fault was moisture getting into the outside electrical outlet connected to the circuit. He replaced that outlet and made sure it was well sealed against moisture getting in. Also asked about fixing a knob that had fallen off a dimmer switch. He said that the small part I needed to make sure the knob stayed on was available at the hardware store -- much cheaper and easier than paying him to replace the whole switch.

Technician arrived exactly at the time scheduled, completed the work quickly and efficiently (without having to return ''to the shop'' for parts) and provided accurate advice about other concerns.

I've always been very impressed with their service, workmanship, and professionalism. Their electricians are polite and go about their work in a very efficient and capable manner. With respect to pricing, they are reasonable. They aren't going to be the cheapest bid, perhaps, but you know that the work is going to be done right.

It was an excellent experience. The initial contact was by an exactly-on-time gentleman who looked at what I wanted done. He mailed a proposal to me within 3 or 4 days. Two men came at the appointed time yesterday. They called about 15 minutes before they arrived. They were courteous, neat, and did an excellent job.

Perfect. Showed up on time, completed the work, and reasonably priced.
