It went incredibly well. We scheduled an appointment to which Mike arrived on time for an appraisal of the work to be done. Becker electric mailed us an estimate within a couple days and were willing to amend it to add other items we thought about after his visit. After we agreed to the quote, we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done and paid a 50% deposit. Three workers showed up on time at 7:30 AM and began work immediately. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and asked for our preferences as needed. They had completed all the work by 1:00 PM and thoroughly cleaned behind themselves and patched all the holes they had to make to run various wires. We have had no problems with any of the work they did and are very satisfied overall.

Tech arrived on time. Couldn't have been more courteous. Diagnosed the problems immediately. Repaired deficiences efficiently. Was in and out in an hour. I used them because of experiences reported on Angie's List and they deserve the extremely positive ratings that they have been getting. Add me to the list of super satisfied customers. Will use again for any electrical problems that I encounter.

I liked the guy. The was very attentive and bright, and punctual. He communicated well and I would use him again.

They really did a good job on the surge protector and it didn't take long at all to install. The overall service was great, although the price was not the best. The installer was professional and answered any questions I had.

He made great recommendations and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was professional and thorough, and loves dogs, too. The lights are great and the motion sensors are set up perfectly to do what we wanted.

They sent a couple of guys out to do the work. It was supposed to be a one day job but one of the lamps was broken in transport so they had to come back to install the last one. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Technicians arrived within the time frame indicated. Their HQ called to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and installation went smooth and quick. They initially surveyed the best location to minimize wall cutting and limit distance to an active line. They patched two small holes they had to open in order to access the line and smoothed it out leaving it just ready for painting. They also cleaned any dust left behind. The entire process took a little more than 30 minutes.

Becker was on time and very neat on the job. Its technicians took time to explain their work and to walk through the changes when complete. I felt I had plenty of opportunity to discuss the job before, during and after the work.

Very well. They were very pleasant to deal with over the phone, set up a window on my requested date, and then called to let me know when in that window they would be coming. They arrived very early, worked quickly on my requested tasks and then cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied.

I got an appointment very quickly (it was not an emergency). They said that on the day of the appointment they would call me at work half an hour before they came so I could meet them at the house. They called and I met them at the house (they beat me there) and they did the work quickly and professionally and left no mess. I was able to go back to work without losing a lot of time. I was very pleased with how it went and with the cost and would definitely call them again.

They called the day after we left a message and within a few days had completed the estimate. The representative providing the estimate showed up on time and was very professional throughout. They were able to provide us with a variable estimate for two different scenarios and wrote each up clearly on the formal written estimate. Once we decided to have the work done they scheduled us promptly. The electricians showed up on time on the date of the work and were very professional and courteous. They were very careful to use drop cloths to cover furniture and clothes and cleaned up all loose debris afterwards.

I had to wait about a week for the estimate, and another few weeks for the appointment. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was, based on previous AL reports, but their prices turned out to be comparable with other companies. On the day the work was scheduled, I was given a three hour window and Scott and his assistant arrived within it and called to say, when they were on their way. The job took a little over an hour, and both electricians were very professional and thorough. After the assistant had put up the new living room light fixture, I mentioned that it was still wobbly (this was the main problem with the old ceiling fan), and Scott came down to finish the job. The problem was due to the electrical box, and after much work, Scott was able to really stabilize the fixture. Scott also, asked me if I wanted to replace the old switches connected to the outlets, and he did this at no additional charge. Despite the initial sticker shock, I think I got my money's worth.

They sent an estimator for the job, who was not very friendly and who contrary to what the operator had said would never perform the job at the same time he was doing the estimate.

Becker's Representative arrived exactly when promised. He was very professional and efficient and completed all repairs in a timely and skillful manner.

Very efficient, price was reasonable, and he (Steve) was courteous and responsive. The track lighting was purchased from Ikea, which Steve said can be challenging to install because they are suited for European lighting systems, but he, nevertheless, was able to make it work, and it looks great. We were highly satisfied and will recommend Becker Electric to our friends.

The scheduler replied to my call promptly and sent an estimator right away. Their office worked with me in a very friendly manner, even though I had to put the work off due to my own scheduling conflict. The electrician and his helper arrived on time and did their work quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and professional.

They did the work quickly after showing up when they were supposed to. They were efficient, nice, easy to deal with and did a good job.

Workers were prompt, (waiting for me at 11:55 when my window was noon to 3 pm) courteous and quick. Work was completed in 30 minutes! I would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Becker Electric. The initial phone call to set up the appointment went well and I was able schedule the electricians for 7 business days later. I was not given, nor did I ask for, an estimate over the phone, but I had a good idea of how much it would cost. On the day of the appointment, Marc called when he was about twenty minutes from arrival and ended up being about 15 minutes earlier than the appointment window. After reviewing the site, Marc informed me about the need to replace the circuit breaker and that he did not have one on his truck. While they got to work, I went to the home improvement store and purchased the part. The installation went quickly and the area was cleaned up when the work was finished. I could not have been happier with the work performed or the two gentlemen who performed it, Marc and Todd. Plus, they were right around my cost estimate and did more work than I had anticipated.

Becker Electric was easy to reach via phone. The appointment was scheduled for between 8:30 and 12:00 AM. Electrician (Steve) called at 8:15 to say he was on the way. Arrived within 30 minutes of call. I showed him where I wanted the new outlet. He completed the work within 40 minutes of arriving. All work was neat and clean.
