He was nice and he knew exactly what I needed to get done. He was very knowledgeable. He came right away and got the job done quickly. He came right when I asked them to do.

Tech looked into bedroom and checked current ceiling fan. Stated that there is nothing wrong with the fan other than it needs to hang straight down to run at high speed with no noise. Due to the fan being wedged up against the ball holder, blades will make noise at high speed. Tech also looked at second bedroom. Would have to run wires inside the wall to install a new ceiling fan. Also located where power is routed to the wall socket. Did not charge for visit. Probably will call again to have recessed lighting done.

They were right on time, got right to work and cleaned-up after they finished. Very professional, responsive and honest (he recommended against a 3rd photocell and suggested a much cheaper DIY solution). Not cheap, but worth it.

This work was done about six months ago and I haven't had any problems since. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the estimated time frames and at the estimated cost. The workers seemed to know what they were doing.

Becker Electrical was able to come and fix some defective wiring in my home to install new fixtures. They arrived on time, and they were able to get everything done quickly. I would consider them again if I needed any more work like this done.

I am renovating an early 1960s era bathroom in my house. I tore out all of the tile and drywall and while the walls were out wanted to make sure that all of the electrical was fine and dandy. The exhaust fan was original to the house and noisy and there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I had used Becker before and called them to do the work. They were pretty busy and I had to wait about 10 days for an open spot on their schedule which was fine since I had plenty of other things to do for the renovation. The appointment was scheduled for a 12:00 - 3:30 window. They called about 11:50 and said that they were on the way. 2 electricians arrived about 15 minutes later and completed the work in just over an hour. They cleaned up after completing the work.

Absolutely deserving of an A ranking. Absolutely prompt, utterly focused on the task, and completely pleasant, this company is the essence of competence.

The technician was prompt, efficient, and personable. The job took exactly the amount of time anticipated, for a reasonable price. He packaged the old lights neatly for disposal and left no mess at all. He even took the time to discuss the overall state of our wiring with us.

Two electricians called to let me know they were on their way, then showed up well within the 30-minute arrival window, as promised. They checked out electrical work that had been done by an unlicensed electrician, "cleaned up" the work, and installed a new light switch. They also repaired a non-working electrical outlet in the kitchen, which required them to run cable through the wall to an outlet in the basement. Finally, I am getting trim work installed around a passageway between the living room and the kitchen, and asked them to move a heating thermostat about six inches over on the wall. They moved it and did a rough patch of the drywall. The electricians were incredibly professional, no-nonsense, and hard-working. What I liked best about Becker was that they were willing to come to my home on short notice to check out the electrical work. When I called to book an appointment (both for the repairs and for some recessed lighting that I plan to install), the scheduler informed me that the soonest they could come in to give me an estimate was the end of May (three weeks away). When I explained to her my problem, she was very sympathetic (and seemed extremely knowledgeable about electrical work herself!). She offered to send in the electricians to work "on time and materials", without the need for an estimate beforehand. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me, and to do the work on such short notice. (I called them on a Thursday, and they came in the following Monday). They will be coming back in a couple of weeks to give me an estimate on the lighting. I am very pleased with their service, and will likely use them again.

Simple, easy transaction. Two workers arrived on time, did the work in less time than anticipated, and charged me less than the estimate. No mess, no fuss, and the work seems just fine.

The service was outstanding from the promptness of the estimate and their scheduling of the work for my schedule. The installation was done by a team of four electricians who completed the entire list of items in less than six hours. Everything was left clean and the installation, especially of the new outlets in the interior wall was done with minimal holes in the wall. The new breaker panel was fully tested and labeled for our use. They were courteous and efficient. I was delighted with the service and my now updated, to code, electrical service. They contacted the inspector for us to schedule the county visit and it was done on the day I requested and all work was approved.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, the workers' promptness and professional manner, and overall pricing. We are moving and I will definitely give them a call should we need work done in our new home. My only complaint is that they did not get back to me with an estimate for doing additional work as promised.

Whole process was complete within 2 weeks of my initial contact. Whole job took about half a day.

Was having trouble with my breaker box so Becker Electric came out to inspect the entire panel and replaced 1 breaker switch. Excellent response time, customer service and pricing.

Since this was a small job, there was no need to comparison shop. An appointment was set for a convenient time, the job was thoroughly explained to them and the pricing was thoroughly explained to me. Two electricians arrived precisely on time, went right to work and finished quickly. Price estimate initially sounded a little high - since this was a small job, it was priced at an hourly rate of $110 for the first 30 minutes. But, these guys completely finished and cleaned up in less than a half hour. Would be happy to use again and would recommend to others.

The electrician was prompt and professional and knowledgeable of task required. The office staff is professional as well. We have already scheduled this company for more work in our home. I would recommend them.

Four different projects at four different times. Each time the service was prompt, courteous, professional and complete.

They are A across the line. Price was comparable to everyone else. They were a little hard to get because they are so good, I was willing to wait because the end result was wonderful.

I thought they were great! I'm even having them come back out in December to quote other work that I need to have done.

I got a call when he was on his way. He was very quick to start, and diagnosed the problem swiftly. For all the switches, it took him about an hour, I think. I'll definitely call them next time I have an electrical issue.
