Excellent experience and very comfortable with the pricing.

The came on time, Had a difficult time running the wires through concrete block. When they finished, I had two working switches, but otherwise would not have know that anyone did any work. They did a super job fishing the wires and cleaning up.

It was fine. They did exactly what was expected. One of the installations was challenging, but thye got it done. They also installed a ceiling fan.

The electrician was not able to find the problem that was causing the circuit to trip, but he showed me a solution that enabled me to solve the problem without having to completely replace the line. The electrician showed me that I had more than enough capacity going to the outlet withou this circuit. I was pleased with the solution.

It was a great experience and I plan on using them in the future.

I was very pleased/impressed with my Becker experience (which just ended 10 minutes ago). While it is a little early for me to speak of the lasting quality of the work, everything looks excellent, and the service itself was exemplary. The electrician, Steve, arrived well within the service window, and had a solution figured out for the bedroom socket within a minute of looking at the wall. The fan took a little bit longer, since it was apparently improperly installed the first time around, but he managed to get it fully secured to the ceiling without having to go up into the attic or leave the room. He left everything as clean as it was when he found it, and handled all the work while I tool a conference call in the next room. He was extremely friendly and helpful (showing me some of the ins and outs of my not-so-great ceiling fan) and answered all my questions without being at all intrusive. I expected the whole process to last longer and cost more. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I will definitely seek them out again when the electrical work in my old house needs more work.

From start to finish, Becker paid great attention to detail, were on time and explained what they would do based on services requested. Did great job cleaning up and patching wall after installing outlet.

Becker returned our call promptly and showed up on time for the walkthrough pursuant to the estimate. Work was scheduled and performed promptly. Technicians were knowledgable and professional. Overall Becker exceeded our expectations.

Functionality is good so far. Cosmetically speaking the job was below par. I had four new breakers installed upstairs, with wiring, and a new outlet too, and they all seem to work well. It appears it took them two attempts to install the new outlet in my bedroom and the "scars" from the first attempt are visible. However, my biggest issue was in the guest bathroom. The reinstall of the outlet was nothing less than sloppy. I sent an email with photo and they came back to "fix" it. Looks better now but I will end up hiring someone to do it right sometime down the road. Seems like there was disregard to detail when it come to appearance. However, the functionality is good so far.

Steve replaced my attic fan motor. He arrived on time, looked over the problem, determined that the motor needed to be replaced, had the replacement on the truck, finished the repair in less than an hour, explained what he did and how it works, and charged me less than I was expecting from the quote given over the phone. He was very courteous and careful. I would diffently use this company again.

It went even better than I expected. When I called and asked for the first appointment, they said Steve would call at 7:30 am when he was on his way. Well, he called and then was there before 8am (awesome since I was ready and waiting) and the whole switch replacement took him maybe ten minutes. I hadn't even finished my coffee or the paper before he was done. I was on the road to work with barely a blip in my morning routine. And he reminded me of my Angies List coupon! I will definitely use them again.

Steve came out and fixed the problem. It was a wonderful experience. He explained the process and did the work efficiently and quickly. I liked Becker so much that I just got an estimate for installing some new lighting in the house and plan on using them.

They came early in the agreed upon time period (between 10am and 1pm). I showed them what we wanted done. I had already cleared space in the basement for them to work. (They moved a few move things out of the way with my permission.) They installed the outlet for the sump pump first, and then fixed the kitchen dimmer switch. Took them less than one hour. The work was neatly done; the wire tied down with the other wires into a neat bundle along the basement ceiling wall. Floor was clean and all their trash was removed. I told them I was very satisfied.

Everything went great. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was a very good experience. Marc and the other electrician whose name I can't remember (I apologize) were expected between 8:30 and noon and they arrived by 9:15. They quickly repaired the light switch and the outdoor electrical outlet. I thought I was going to need to repair the ceiling where the fan was installed but they installed it with minimal mess and replaced the ceiling tile that they had to destroy to install the socket and anchor. I thought the guest room would be the hardest of the jobs to complete but they had it done in a half hour and did not damage to the plaster walls. Also, they did not leave behind any mess to clean up and they were probably done with the whole job in less than an hour and half. I would hire their services again and plan to in the future.

They were prompt. They were professional. We have used them before. We will use them again. Their price was very competetive. One guy wanted to put a scaffolding up there. Becker did it with a ladder.

Becker showed up a half-hour early on the appointed day. They worked quickly and professionally, with minimal disruption inside the house. They dug the necessary trough for the underground cable to the new pedestal.

Becker Electric came out for their initial estimate. They showed up on time and the person who came was very friendly. We decided to go with Becker Electric because they gave us the best price for what we needed to do and we were happy with the promptness their staff provided for us. When the work was done, the electricians showed up on time (and even called before they came). They were neat and efficient. We were very happy with their promptness and professionalism and will use the company again.

Monday morning I asked my husband to review electricians on Angie's List and schedule an appointment with a highly rated company to perform the work. My husband found Becker Electric Company on Angie's List and a Falls Church Community Forum. He contacted Becker Tuesday morning and they were able to schedule the electricians to perform the work the very next day (yea!). We were provided a window when the team would arrive and they were here within that window. The project took about an hour and a half and the job was complete. Everything works and we are very pleased with how this project came together.

Never responsed to numerous emails and calls - causing me weeks of delay - I waited so long because I thought - well they are on Angie's list!

Never got past the nasty, surly, genuinely rude, could care less attitude of the woman who answered the phone. The level of such COMPLETE and UTTER lack of professionalism I experienced is beyond unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere until they take care of this serious problem!

This is the third or fourth time we have used Becker Electric and as with all previous jobs they arrived on time, did the work quickly, and charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. Our dining room had an old ceiling fan (with light fixture) in it and over time we found that we didn't really use the ceiling fan much. We purchased a new light fixture at a lighting store and called Becker to install it. An appointment was scheduled for 2 days after our call. On the day of the appointment, Becker staff called to say they were on the way, arrived on time, and performed the work quickly and neatly. Great company in my opinion.

The entire experience was excellent. We identified Becker Electric on Angie's List after having had a bad experience with another electrician whom we had found through the Yellow Pages. Becker gave us a window in which its service team would arrive, and two workers showed up right on schedule. They performed the requested work quickly and expertly for only $90.00 and were very pleasant and respectful of our property -- so much so that one of the workers brought his own dust pan and broom and swept up our floor before departing. I almost fainted!!! Also, although not part of the original work order, they agreed to take a look at a broken ceiling fan located in our family room, which has 20 foot ceilings. They brought in their own ladder, did an inspection, and made a recommendation on short order. All in all, this was one of the best experiences with a service team that we have encountered in many years and I would recommend Becker to everyone!

The electrician showed up on time and was able to fix both problems quickly. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt that the price was fair.
