Description of Work: We worked with Basement Detectives in 2012 to install new window, French drain system with sumps, and vapor barriers. Excellent service, and they did everything possible to help us work out our water issues under a very tight timeline. We are currently overseas and asked Basement Detectives to look into another water issue for our tenants. They responded promptly to our inspection request. We continue to recommend them to all who are in need of service for basements. A great company.
