Balteza Property Services did an amazing job painting the interior of our house, installing several chandeliers and recessed lighting, and fixing some drywall issues in our basement. The quality of their work is great. They are very detailed and very professional. They showed up on time daily and cleaned up everything each evening. Their prices are very good too â much less expensive than other quotes I received. I highly recommend reaching out to Bledar and his team if you have painting or electrical work. Iâ ll be using them again in the future.

We have worked with Balteza Property Services on several home projects and they are always wonderful! Theyâ ve painted our wood paneled room (and fixed issues along the way), repaired damaged drywall in and painted our kitchen, painted our front door, repaired a damaged hallway wall, installed an outlet, and installed a light fixture. They are easy to schedule, we trust them to work on projects while weâ re away, and the end result always surpasses expectations. Happy to work with again in the future and to recommend.

I found Balteza Property Services on the internet when I was looking for a highly professional painter for a job for my 94-year-old father. Bledar and Vasil are fantastic painters. They promptly came and finished the interior painting project in a timely manner. Very courteous and helpful in every way you can imagine. I highly recommend them and give them 10 Stars if I could.

Balteza Property Services did an amazing job pressure washing and staining our deck. They were punctual and professional, and helped us choose a proper stain. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) We have had our deck stained before, but it looked nothing like it looks now. They are the best. Period.

Puli was on time and very responsive. His work was thorough and complete. I had to Powerwash the front, rear and the deck. Few slabs had to be replaced and repainted. Overall, work was very satisfactory. Will recommend and rehire him for other projects.
