These are the kinds of reviews one is eager to write. Bledar and his team at Balteza did an outstanding job renovating the new commercial suite we rented for our expanding school. The suite had been semi-demolished by the previous contractor, and it was a complete mess. Balteza did excellent quality work, including removing partially demoed walls and ceiling, redoing all flooring, and painting. The project was done within our budget constraints, finished by the agreed-upon deadline, and exceeded our expectations. Bledar is professional, honest, very responsive and kind, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Bledar and Team did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with the results. He took the time to make recommendations and to ensure we were happy with the paint colors. He and his team were on time each day and I was really impressed with how efficiently they accomplished the job. My house is very large and has very high ceilings and took several day to paint. Bledar and Team did an excellent job on all the painting and on the detailing around the windows and wall moldings. They patched spots I had not even noticed and ensured everything was perfect. They extra care that took to protect my hard wood floors and moved some very large pieces of furniture. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the area and left everything neatly covered. I wish I could give Bledar a 10 star rating because they really deserve it. I would highly recommend this Team.

I cannot give enough accolades for the stunning job that this company did on my house. This company is a small family business run by two brothers. The dedication and attention to detail that the brothers spent on the remodel of my home I am unable to put I to words. I have never had the privilege of working with such kind, caring professionals. I have a serious medical issue. They took the time and commitment to fully understand my unique needs when planning and executing the entire remodeling of the house. The remodel is so fantastic that our neighbors will be using this company also. The brothers came in as professionals and have left my home as family.
