+ -1 moreIt went great. The owner, Dmitry, called me within minutes of trying to find a computer technician through Angie's List. I described the problem and what I wanted done and he gave me a fixed price over the phone. He charges by the work that needs to be done and not by the hour. His price was very reasonable compared to other computer repair firms. He worked at my house over two days to get the computer set up exactly the way I wanted it. He even drove to the store to buy the new hard drive. I was so pleased with his work and the overall price that I gave him a bonus.
Description of Work: My computer was about to crash. I needed to safely retrieve my files. pictures, etc. and install a new hard drive.
