The home was approximately 1800 square feet; well within the maximum square footage outlined in the deal. The worker and supervisor refused to complete all areas until I paid an additional $50. Upon completion, we received a received a receipt for $179 (We had paid $250). Overall, the cleaning was well done; however, I believe that either these employees / supervisors or the company are taking advantage of customers. I had three other people that needed carpet cleaning services and had recommended Ash maids; however, after this experience I told them to look elsewhere.

He made an extra effort to clean up afterwards, even cleaning two small area rugs that had gotten damp from the upholstery cleaning. I would recommend them highly.

+ 1 moreI did use Ash Maids of Falls Church and I believe that I found them through Angie's List. They were on time. They did their job. They did provide excellent service when I asked them to redo some areas that I felt like needed more attention they complied. When they came back the second time around they made sure that they did the areas that I had some concerns about the first time. They were really good and the prices were fair. It was 145 or less for a couple of hours of service. They stay probably between 2 to 3 hours. I would rate them all 'A's across the board. I would consider using them in the future.

+ 0 moreOverall it was ok. There was a happiness guarantee, but I got push back when I was not happy with the result. The kitchen walls actually had new dirt on them and the glass stove top was not fully cleaned. Additionally, the non carpeted floors were not cleaned and standing water was left in the bathtub. Finally, a fuse was tripped, and not fixed. They agreed to come back if my landlord had issues with the cleanliness but I think I was able to do enough touch ups that she didn't have a problem with the final product.
Description of Work: The company cleaned the carpets and did the move out clean for a 1 bedroom apartment.
