We were looking for a company who can come twice a month to clean our condo. We submitted a request and they responded within the hour. We provided them some information about our place and they gave us an initial estimate. On the first visit they provided the deep cleaning which was need since we had moved in in Jan. 2011. It took them around two hours to complete the deep cleaning with 4 ladies on the team. After the initial cleaning they have been coming back every two weeks or on demand as needed. We are very pleased with their service.

We have had them for almost 6 years. They come once a month. They have been great and we have never had a problem with them. They are very friendly and very efficient; they clean our entire house in about two hours.

They have done a good job. I have them come out once a month. They charge me $90 for the visit. I have a townhouse and they do the entire work. I have been satisfied with them. They were referred to me by my daughter; I have not used any other housecleaning company. Hence, I do not have any basis for comparing their prices. They have been responsive. They usually specify that they would come out within a two-hour timeframe and they tend to make it by the end of the specified timeframe. They are very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were the cheapest out of all the companies I researched. The price they quoted was what I paid and they did not try to sell me any unnecessary add ons like many carpet cleaning companies do. Technician was professional. Overall job was great. Would use them again.

I used them when I sold my condo. I was not happy with their service at all. They were very fast. Their turn around was quick. They were able to provide someone very quickly when I called and asked for the service. They did not do good work and I had to actually clean up after them. I remember their price to have been decent although I don't recall the exact price.

We are their ongoing customers. They are very flexible. They are low priced. They do our house for $90 every other week. They do just a general house cleaning. They may do window cleaning and upholstery cleaning, but we didn?t get that done. There were times when we had to tell them to focus on certain areas. We had to go behind them time to time to make sure they have done everything. There are various workers that come and it?s not the same ones every time. Some of them have better attitude than the others. We work with them ongoing. I would use their services again in the future.

They were pleasant and they were quick. I'm not sure that I would use them again.

She arrived on time with her own well-maintained equipment. She was fast and did an excellent job.

The cleaning went fine, although the carpet cleaning was a disappointment. The cleaners were punctual, arriving on the early side of the allotted window, and did a fairly thorough job. Although I still saw things after the fact that I had to clean up, for the most part they did the best they could. I didn't think it was any more detailed than I would expect out of a regular cleaning. The fridge cleaning (which we paid extra for) was great. The carpet cleaning did not go as well. After the cleaners were done, there were still several noticible stains on our white carpet. To address the stain issue, they suggested that we use bleach, which they didn't have as a green company. We tried that, and it didn't work. They also seemed to make no effort to go around the baseboards and pick up the dirt that had collected around the edges. They also did not have the capacity to improve the furniture lines on some pieces we had recently moves, instead saying that the big machine that could do the work couldn't fit in our apartment. The carpets also took longer to dry than they had anticipated (they said 6 hours, but it really took overnight).

Still have an agreement w/ the company.

It started out well for the first couple of months, then it went downhill. It seems they were always in a rush to get out....pieces of furniture were left in the middle of the floor, supplies were left, lights were left on, and they did not clean furniture well at all.

They have good price, did very thorough job, but the people took phone call in the office need better organization and communication. We changed the address of the house that need be cleaned after we set up the appointment with them, and informed them twice about it, but two maids still went to the previous one, and started cleaning. My son was in the house sleeping. He didn't answer the door. THe two maids went in by themselves. I am sorry for them wasted extra time at the wrong house, but also hope that they will not enter the house without owner's consent in future. It would be better if they had called back their office to find out what was wrong, when there was no answer to the door. Anyway They are hard working people. I would recommend them to my sister.

Went very well. The maids did a good basic cleaning on a house that had not been well kept prior to our purchase. The carpet cleaners were great. They were able to clean and treat some carpet I thought was going to have to be replaced.

They were supposed to come for a few hours, but only two of them came for less than an hour. They did a surface job, which wasn't what we paid for. It wasn't an $80 job. The counters were sticky. There were spots they hadn't even gone over. I called and complained, and they came back, but they gave me trouble the whole time.
