We were very happy with service. It was a good experience. The price was higher than I have paid before for a standard cleaning. I did have a time issue on my end but they accommodated my needs.

The appointment time was not what I expected. Other than that, the service was very good.

I had gifted first-time housecleaning services to a senior citizen I know who was living in an apartment. Two ladies arrived within the pre-scheduled window of time. I thought they were experienced, professional, pleasant, and efficient. It was a very big job which I think they performed very well. I would definitely use this company again and can recommend them highly to others/

On time thorough job - expertly done.

The first time was really good. I did find things stuff shoved under dresser draws the second time. I like that use eco-friendly items and they bring own supplies. They were also very good about cleaning around several paintings in my home. They were right on time, quick, and cleaned everything well.

Hired the cleaning service to do general cleaning. Two people showed up - they were quick, efficient, worked well together. While I don't have a regular service, I would have no problems hiring them again for special situations as this one.

The dirty bed sheets were left on the stair wrapped up in the pillowcase. My regular maid service always puts them in the laundry room. The kitchen wasn't cleaned as the stains on the stove top, refrigerator handle and stove handles were still there after they left. I have a granite counter top and it's hard to see the stains so you have to wash it and not just "eyeball" it. The stains were there when they left. The pillows on the family room sofa and chairs were not touched, i.e., they were smashed up in the corner of the sofa and chair. I have a 4 bedroom house and I asked them to just clean the master bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, family room. It took 2 women almost 2 hours to do this. When they came to the house, both ladies started on the guest bathroom - TOGETHER. My regular maid service always split up to get the work completed faster and they never clean a bathroom together. My regular housekeeper was out of town. Next time, I'll wait for her to return. This company is not good at cleaning or straightening. Very disappointing.

Set up appt via email. Had to postpone due to hurricane. Since we were communicating via email, it was not totally smooth in deciding if they would come and then the new date. They called me the night before and we determined it was best not to come because of storm Sandy. Staff arrive right on time. I did not need to give them very many instructions. They started upstairs in the bedrooms (4) and then worked their way down. I have a split level house so their is the upstairs, middle with living room and kitchen, and downstairs with family and utlity rooms. They were very professional. The house looked and felt very clean.

They did a great job. Got there on time, were careful with the furniture and delicate stuff. Would use again.

The service responded very rapidly and came over faster than expected. Two ladies work fast and cleaned various parts of home in time before I left for a planned surgery. We are very happy with their services and have made plans to have them come back routinely. This is the first cleaning by this group.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and they were right on time. Walked in ask what area was to be performed and went straight to it. They both were polite and professional. While one was working I asked a question as to acquiring maid service and the gentlemen gave me step by step as to what could be done If I want to inquire their service. They cleaned the carpet very quickly and at that I was really impressed. (Living room cleared completely, bedroom two dresser, wall unit head board (frame removed) and television stand. They moved one dresser (the long dresser and walll head board was much to large to move) and the television stand. They did put them back in their placesI looked over their work and it seem to be done very well. I had to wait until it dry to make better description of the quality of work but from what I can see the carpet looked very cleaned. I reviewed the carpet (two days later and thuoght why didn't they vacuum first) after it was completely dry and overall the carpet was very clean (I feel around the baseboard the carpet could have been cleaner). For the price, the carpet overall was cleaned. They did a bedroom, livling room, and steps. Gave me the paper work and their card, I paid by check and they were on their way. I will use them again but a small note or tip ensure that owners/renters clean their baseboards, vacuum and use a suction vacuum around baseboard before acquiring carpet cleaning.

I have used Ash Maids multiple times now... approximately every 2-3 weeks and each visit has been wonderful. Easy to schedule and confirm appointments... the team that has come is amazing.

They are good - I do not get the same staff the same time, however. I have to manage my requests a bit more than I would want to. Their prices are reasonable. Overall, they are good, but their attention to detail isn't perfect.

Team shows up on time and efficiently cleaned whole house. I have had other cleaning services but am completely happy with Ash Maids.

I've used Ash Maids for 6 years. They never raised their prices and they were quite punctual. However, when cleaning the stove, they repeatedly used significant water which led to a annoying clicking noise which wouldn't stop. When I called them about this issue, the woman on the phone told me to wait for 24 hours for it to dry or otherwise use a contractor that they will happily re-imburse costs. After 24 hours, I called back to Ash Maids and notified them that I am calling the contractor. The owner was extremely rude and told me that I was taking advantage of her and abusing the insurance policy. Now, clearly there is a communication breakdown between her and her staff. Also, she told that me that someone from her company will take a look at it the next day. I am sorry, but she was blatantly lying and not accepting responsibility for her own staff members earlier response to us. This was a terrible experience for a customer who has been around for 6 years. I decide to fix the problem myself (without charging the company). I have tolerated broken items in the house (which sometimes they wouldn't even report) and the lack of quality (they used to send different people to clean the house). After switching to a new provider, I now realize how terrible their overall service was.

The people at Ash Cleaning were prompt, curteous, and professional. They provided me a free estimate the same day and they also were able to schedule the remediation from a waste water spill within 2 days. The remediation was highly effective, eliminating all traces of the waste water damage. They were able to quickly locate a section of carpet to fill in the carpeting that was removed. All throughout they were helpful for responding to questions and addressing questions that I or my tenants had about the remediation. I am certain to contact Ash Cleaning again if there are other events like these.

The cleaners always show up on their day, though the time varies. They do a good job with general cleaning--better than I and much faster. It takes two people about an hour for our 4-bedroom house. They bring their own equipment and supplies and I am happy with what they use. I have only had one thing broken in 3 years and they offered to pay for it. I am comfortable with them having keys to our house and being here when we are not home. Their English is often very limited which can be a challenge if we need to explain something.

Ash Maids was very quick to respond and available when I needed them. Windows looked good. Carpet cleaning was fair. There were still noticeable stains. I was hoping the professionals would be able to get some more stains out. The cleaning was sufficient, but not as deep a cleaning as I had hoped. I had to call them back to re-do some work in the kitchen. The price was good, but I think I would have preferred to pay a little more for a more thorough cleaning.

They do a very good job. They have reasonable rates.

I think they are very reliable and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future.

I hired them to clean wall-to-wall carpet that had been soiled by tenants in a rental property. Prior to the cleaning, I had been certain I would have to replace some of the carpet. To my amazement, they were able to do such an excellent job that I did not have to replace said carpet after all. The two men who came were very polite; they cleaned all the carpeted areas of the house (3 staircases; 5 rooms and a hallway) and worked fast and diligently. The appointment office is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.
