I would definitely use them again. I am selling my home and it needs to be in clean condition at all times. Working 10 hours per day I don't have time to do this type of cleaning and weekends always get away from me. Thank you for a great cleaning.

It was good. They just did general cleaning. Imight be likely to use them again if another Big Deal popped up for them.

Ash Maids did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Everything was super clean and I did not have to go back over anything. The carpet also looked good. There were a couple of spots that were very wet, but besides that it looked great. For the price, they did a great job and it was exactly what we needed. It saved us a ton of time getting ready for the walk-through after moving out of our apartment!

The maids arrived with their own supplies and equipment. I pulled some of my supplies, floor polish and wood oil, and asked them to use mine for the wood. Their work was similar to most maid services I have experienced. Only one of them could speak some English, not fluently. I wasn't sure if she understood what I was telling her, but she nodded and said she did. I had told her I did not want the to clean in certain rooms and found them in there cleaning. There were nic nacs on the side board and the were not touched. They will not remove anything before they polish. So it's a waste of time to ask them to polish my furniture. I couldn't tell if they had used the English oil I had asked them to use. My dining room table and kitchen table were both bone dry with no evidence that they had been polished. I told them the kitchen floor was the most important area I wanted them to concentrate on. It got a usual mopping, none of the built-up dirt was removed. When the carpet cleaners arrived, they started upstairs. He was in the bedroom and pulling the heavy, accordion-like hose from their truck outside. I happened to be standing at the top of the stairs and realized the hose was being dragged across the corner of the wall, taking off the paint. I called to him and pointed out what was happening and he immediately stopped pulling. No concern for taking responsibility for the damage to my wall. I asked how long it would take for the carpets to dry and was told TWELVE HOURS! I turned up the heat and made sure the HVAC fans were set to ON. They were still wet the next morning and one spot took two days to dry. Since then, it seems they are a magnet for dirt. So they did not extract the soapy water.

The two guys arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. I had some lotion stains on the arm of the couch and they scrubbed it for a long time and it looks great. They even cleaned two of the throw pillows even though I didn't ask them to. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I had a great experience and will use them again,

My carpeting looked worse 3 days later. Whatever he sprayed on as a pretreatment turned my carpeting brown! Also it took 3 days to dry completely. I was so disappointed. There was no way I was going to have them come back to fix the problem. Was concerned they would make things worse.

They did a good job cleaning but I was moving and some of the items I left at my home were not there when I returned. I am not sure if they threw the items away or not. They emptied the freezer out as well and I am not sure if they trashed those items or what exactly had happened.

I spend around $100 or $200 for every visit, depending on what they do. I think they are a good group. They are very responsive and they do a nice job. It’s easy to schedule because I do it all by email.

They were prompt and courteous. Overall they did a good job. At the end of the cleaning they asked me if I was satisfied. I pointed out dirt in my foyer. They told me they had run a mop over it and it had not come up. I showed them how easy it was to remove, and they applied more cleaner spray which did the trick. Afterwards I found two spots where they missed dusting and an area of a rug between two pieces of furniture and behind them that had not been sufficiently vacuumed (visible debris on carpet). The areas of the rug were large enough that a vacuum wand could have easily reached, but a straight up right could not. I informed the manager and he offered to have someone come out and clean the problem areas, but I declined.

Did a great job. cleaned everything. Top of the refrigerator, inside of freezer and all the windows. Thought they did a complete cleaning job. For my house I even had them steam clean the carpets and they were looking great

The ladies arrived at the appointed time and immediately went to work. Both were personable and professional. They were easily the best cleaning crew we have had in. My wife and I were both impressed how quickly the ladies went to work and didn't stop until the job was completed. A job well done!

I had thought the "initial cleaning" would be more thorough than a regular cleaning because of the increased price and suggestion that I do it if I hadn't had the place cleaned in a while, but it didn't seem more intense than a regular cleaning. The maids did a very good job and were receptive to instructions (like not moving some papers around, etc.) which was good. I'll use the service again. They were also a few minutes early and stayed for about 1.5 hours.

They were punctual and worked the entire time. I've had a houscleaner for years when I lived in Seattle and it just didn't seem to look and smell as clean when they were done.

I purchased this Angie' List deal to test out a new cleaning service. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs. They also gave me a reminder call a day before my appointment. The ladies arrived right on time. While I don't think organic cleaning products were used, the house did not have 'cleaning product' smell after they were done. My deal was for 3 workers for 1 hour. In that amount of time they got everything done from vacuuming to mopping, to cleaning the window sills. There was a room (junk/storage) I told them not to worry about, but upon further inspection after they left, I saw that they also 'tidied' that room. I didn't mind. All in all it was a good experience and I would hire them again.

I called to make the appointment prior to purchasing the deal. There was no problems with scheduling, and they called to confirm the appointment the day before. The maid service showed up first, within the one hour time window I was told. Three ladies came in and started cleaning right away after putting shoe gaurds on over their sneakers. They didn't say much, but then, it's not what they were here for. The carpet cleaner came a little later, let himself into the house, and didn't put anything on over his shoes. The cleaning ladies finished and left saying as little as they did when they arrived. If I hadn't been outside, I wouldn't have known they were leaving. The carpet cleaner hosed down the carpet, literally soaking it so much, there was water oozing about two feet into the kitchen. I went to check on the maids' work, and found crumbs still in the kitchen, under the stove and fridge and cabinets, and the floors weren't mopped at all. They essentially just dusted and wiped down the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had to go back and clean again behind them. When the carpet cleaner left, the carpet was still soaked. It took 3 days, with constant heat running and multiple fans set up around the house, to finally dry out. I have had move-in and move-out services before with other companies for about the same price and much better result. Upon further inspection, I went over every surface with a chlorox wet wipe that they had cleaned and it came back still dirty.
