Ash was on time and very professional. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again.

Someone came out to give estimate. Once we agreed about the price, he sent a person out the same day. He cleaned the carpets quickly. Service was good and smell was removed from the basement carpet.

Prompt service, arrived as promised. Did work for quoted price. No attempt to bait & switch or up sell. Very nice service, honest business technicians.

It looks good a waiting carpet to dry to see cull effect, but so far so good.

It was great. They were professional and did a very thorough job. I don't need them that often, but I would use them again. They were good, the price was good, and it was great quality. They called, set up the appointment, and came when they were supposed to.

Truly awful. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. They regularly just did an awful job - ignoring whole areas of the house, "cleaning" a bathroom but leaving things behind the toilet, sink hardware uncleaned, etc. Once they left a giant tub of dirty water in the middle of the living room. The second time I had to ask them to do a re-clean, I knew something was seriously wrong. But then they didn't show up for the agreed upon time of the reclean. And then I waited two weeks for the "manager" to call me back. When he did, he told me it was too late for a re-clean and I'd have to pay full price. Bottom line - they are awful, don't care about doing a good job, do a truly bad job, and hassled me out of money. With so many good and reliable cleaners available, absolutely no reason to consider these guys.

The company was able to accommodate scheduling a next day cleaning. The ladies arrived early and started promptly. Unfortunately shortly after starting i was informed they would not be available for the full time and would have to leave early. This was odd since they arrived early. The cleaning was hit or miss. some items were cleaned well however the window sills, bathrooms, and appliances were less than well done. On one level, no dusting at all was completed and when I pointed out deficiencies not all were addressed before they left. I will not use them again nor recommend their service.

After securing services from another Angie's List company and finding out they didn't service our area, we went with Ash. Received an email after purchasing which was nice. Spoke with the scheduler and she was able to fit me in immediately for a cleaning of five carpets. During the conversation, I requested they give me a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. At 8:45, since I hadn't received a call, I called them and the person on the phone confirmed the technician left 30 minutes ago. The Ash representative asked if he had arrived and I said no and she remarked that she would call him. Unfortunately, I didn't get a call back to let me know when the technician would arrive. At 9:45 a.m. (45 minutes late) the Tech arrived and asked to see the rooms that needed to be cleaned. I'm assuming he wanted to see how big a job it was because shortly after, the tech remarked that he had three other homes to do and was running behind schedule. Once the tech started, everything was completed in a professional manner and completed to my satisfaction.

it was fine; I already have a regular maid, but used the Angie's deal for an extra cleaning. While I wouldn't cancel my regular cleaning crew, I would use Ash Maids again for an "extra" cleaning and I could recommend them to someone else looking for a maid service

They came out on 10:30 ish but I scheduled them to come in between 2-4 pm since I had a previous engagement in the morning, Luckily I got home early enough let them in. Two ladies were cordial and hard working. Since the coupon only convers up to 1500 sq only, the company only offered 1 and 1/2 hours of cleaning service regardless of the my house size which is 2400 sq. So, when they left, only part of house were cleaned. The coupon said " Deep Cleaning", which is supposed worth to be $350, but I don't think the service was worth $350.00. To me, it was just worth $120 of regular cleaning service for the single home, which didn't even get to clean a whole house. Fair enough to say, the two ladies did a professional job for 1 and 1/2 hours as much as they could.

The cleaning was not done well. I had to call them back to do missed areas. The tubs, sinks, ceiling fans, and some windows were missed. I will not use them for cleaning services again. As for the carpet, it was done very well. I will use this service again. The carpet looked new.

Two people and cleaned my 2 bdrm condo for about an hour and half, but I don't think it was worth the $120. It wasn't a "deep" cleaning, but a regular service that I could've had done for half the price. They missed the inside of the shower, left a ring in the toilet, and didn't wipe the baseboards. I thought they'd also clean the inside of the oven because it was a "deep" cleaning, but when I reread the ad I realized that wasn't included, so I'm not sure what I paid so much for...I could've done just as good myself and saved the money for dinner out to treat myself afterwards.

We used Ash Maids for bi-weekly cleaning for the last two years. Generally, we found the quality of work to be adequate but nothing special. They never cleaned the bathrooms as well as I would have expected and often missed spots when dusting. On the up side, the office staff was always polite and helpful and the maids were always on time. We often considered going with another service, but we stuck with Ash Maids out of inertia. The final straw for me was our move out cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't present at the time of the cleaning, but when I came back to inspect I found numerous dusty surfaces, crumbs and debris on the kitchen floor, and the carpets had not be cleaned to my satisfaction. They were happy to send the carpet cleaning guy back the next day. He did a better job with me standing there, but despite my numerous requests for him to avoid touching the newly painted walls, he just couldn't help putting his wet and dirty hands everywhere. I spent an hour after he left cleaning and touching up the paint on the walls in the stairwell and the bedrooms. It's hard to find a good cleaning service and while Ash Maids isn't great, they're probably not much worse than the competition. Nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend them unless you've already tried a few other options.

The only snag is that they were supposed to give me a 30-minute warning so that I could leave work to meet them. I got a call that they'd be there in 5 minutes. This caused me to lose time in the day. They cleaned window sills, the crevices of the sliding door and the ceiling fan. It was much better than the last company I used.

She did a really good job. My house was pretty dirty. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived just before the scheduled time and completed the work in 2 hours with 3 maids. I was impressed how quickly they worked and the house looked much better once they finished. We plan to have recurring service from them.

We paid Ash Maids of Virginia for a very sub-par job when it was all said and done. It just annoys us. We've had a housekeeper for three years. She's done a good job. We thought we were getting a professional, commercial cleaning service and we got a service that was way below what our usual cleaner does, for three times less the price. It was a move-in, move-out cleaning. We thought we were getting a move-in and move-out deal for cleaning. The pricing was outrageous, for what we got. We moved into a house that was vacant for two years. So there was spider webs, cobwebs, all those things, all over the ceiling. As far as cleaning the floor and the bathrooms and sink, they did a great job. But our usual cleaner can do the same job for three times less the price. They did what they thought they did, but then when I called and complained and said, "Hey, you guys advertise a commercial move-in, move-out quality type of cleaning service, but you didn't do anything that we thought we needed to be done." It was at the point where I could do it myself or I can have them come back, because I paid $220.00 for them to do the service. They were an hour and a half, for two people, for $200.00. I have a cleaner, that comes to our place once a week for two hours and we pay her $75.00 and she does a much better job. I explained to them, that it really wasn't up to our expectations. They asked me to explain why and I said, "Well, the ceilings..." and they said, "We don't do ceilings." I'm like, "Well, why?" They said, "because we don't have ladders or equipment." I'm like, "Well, if you're going to advertise as a commercial cleaner, doing move-in and move-out stuff, you should have that type of equipment." That was the problem. We got ripped off by about $150.00, honestly. They cleaned, but we did not get what was advertised. Then, when they came back to make amends for their mediocre work, they never showed up, on the re-schedule. And then, when I called to ask, they told us they'd be there between 1:00 and 3:00. I took time off from work to be there. They never showed up. The place is always unlocked. They told me they did show up again, but they didn't show up in the window they told me they'd be there. So I wasn't there to explain to them what needed to be done. So, the job never got done again. So, we had to call them back up, to get them out there a third time. And it was literally a 15 minute fix up. That's all that was needed. When they finally did get out there, it was a 15 minute fix-up. It's really annoying because we have another cleaner who works well. When it was all said and done, I gave her the amount that I gave Ash Maids and she spent three times the amount of time doing the work, with another person. So, we got six hours compared to two hours of work for the same price. It's just the principal.

The house was much cleaner when they left, but they missed some spots, and the stainless appliances were streaky once they dried. I've used them before and I'll probably use them again, but this wasn't the best job. Maybe three people cleaning at once is too many?

They were very prompt, showing up right on time. They were polite and thorough, moving furniture and ensuring the carpets were cleaned. They were fast and efficient and did a wonderful time. I would highly recommend them.

I called them for a one-time visit on short notice. They were more than punctual - I wasn't expecting them til noon, & I got a call about 9 a.m. that they'd had a cancellation & were on the way! (As it happened, that worked out fine for me.) Very pleasant, & what they did, they did well, for the most part. If I were to use them again, or on a recurring basis, I'd probably be more specific about some details, but in general, I was very satisfied.

Went well. Only glitch was that I also used Ash Carpet Cleaning service and the carpet cleaner arrived before the maids. Since the condo was empty and the maids were only working non-carpeted areas, walking on freshly cleaned carpet was kept to a minimum.

Fantastic job! I hired Ash Maids to clean my rental after my move-out and to clean the carpets. They did a tremendous job - dirt that I thought was permanent disappeared! There were no surprises, everything went smoothly and professionally, and I couldn't be happier - and the same was true with my landlord. Thank you Ash Maids!
