Went well, however they did charge a $35 fee to change my appointment. They did a great job with the cleaning and I would recommend them again.

I bought the Angie's List deal cleaning deal. The deal was $75 for three hours of housecleaning. They sent two maids who worked an hour and a half each. The appointment was scheduled for early in the morning, so my wife was still in bed when they arrived. The maids barged inside without speaking to me and charged right up to the bedroom, which was embarrassing for everyone. My townhouse has three bedrooms, one full bath, one three-fourths bath, and two half baths. My wife didn't want her office cleaned, so the maids didn't have to even run a vacuum through there like they did in my office. I can't remember what they did beyond cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming. Not sure if the bookshelves were dusted or not. I believe the tops of the door frames were not dusted. They didn't clean the hood over the stove or the surface of either the washer or dryer (those surfaces needed cleaning, too), but did make the bed (once my wife was up) and they washed the few odd dishes in the sink. I wish the maids had asked me about the house when they arrived. I think they made an assumption about the size and worked at looking busy thinking they had more time to fill than they'd planned. When their time was close to finished, the second maid discovered the last bathroom in the lower level. The first maid was on the main floor and they were in a huge panic and screaming at each other in Spanish about how big the last bathroom was. They would have known about the bathroom in the basement had they asked upon arrival. I don't think the lower-level was well cleaned, either. The dust bunnies under the low table where our wii and stuff is by the tv down there weren't touched. Between charging into my house without talking to me and going straight up to the bedroom where my wife was still getting up and screaming at each other as they scrambled to finish at the end, I can't give high marks for professionalism. When they left, the house reeked of bleach. It was hard to breathe. We had to open the windows (in January!) for a few hours. I would appreciate people understanding that being clean doesn't mean stinking of cleaning products.

They ended up coming out and doing much more than the big deal. I have a big house with a lot of ceramic tile. They cleaned the over 800 square feet of ceramic tile. They were very professional, neat, courteuous, and polite. He brought an assistant with him to help move the furniture around and put it back when they were done. They did just an excellent job. It took me a while but I really wanted to let others know just how pleased I was with the service. Would definetely recommend in the future. I am going to call them back in the spring to clean the carpeting.

Ash and william did a great job cleaning my carpets. They were on time and very friendly. I would use them again. Ash answered all my questions and they were fast.

I used this service for my move-out cleaning, and they did a very good job. And so, I began using them on a bi-weekly basis. However, once we had established a schedule, the quality of the work plummeted. Ash Maid began skipping details, blowing in and blowing out of my house as fast as possible. All cleaning was surface work--there was no real scrubbing or dusting. If some area wasn't accessible or at eye level, it was skipped. Finally, I cancelled my standing appointment with Ash Maid; I really felt like once they got the twice-monthly cleaning appointment set, they no longer paid close attention to their work. A disappointment, especially considering the strong start.

Two woman came on time. I wanted to walked through the house so I could point out various things. But this was impossible because neither one of the women could speak English. I called the office to complain and management said they would give the women any special directions in Spanish over the phone. This was a move-in cleaning so my house was empty, only 3 years old. The cleaner started in the master bathroom. After she finished the master bathroom I inspected it and saw many issuing including hair in the cabinets. I knew that I would have to follow her closely through the house as she was not cleaning properly. I called the management office again explaining I paid for a move-in cleaning and the women were not even cleaning inside the cabinets and drawers. The cleaning in and of its self was terrible, they wipe instead of doing a meticulous job. I paid for a deep cleaning and received a wipe down. I was looking for expert cleaning service - This was not it. My final call to the management office was to complain about the entire cleaning service. I was told a manager would return my call to this day, I am still awaiting that call.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out well. They were quick and on time. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

The housecleaning job was decently done. Not amazing, but better than other maid services. I paid $75 extra for a hour of folding and putting away clean clothes. This is overpriced, but she did do a good job.

Company was responsive and able to schedule pretty quickly. There was a crew of 2, they showed up a few minutes late without any call. Not a big deal. Since I wasn't sure if 4 man hours, or 2 hours for each person, would be enough to clean my whole house, I had asked them not to clean two of the bedrooms. However, they worked very quickly and were able to clean the whole house. While I was happy they could cover all the rooms, I think the quality suffered because of that. There were some areas, like the bathrooms, that weren't thoroughly scrubbed. Not what I would have expected from a deep cleaning, but ok nonetheless. I might use them again but would probably look at other companies first.

When I scheduled appointment, I told the main office that my home would be empty and there wouldn't be water at my residence because I had recently moved. They said no problem. They quoted me an excellent price for a 3 level home with a lot of stairs and closets. My appointment was at 9am but the cleaner was late. I called at 9:10 and was told there was a 1 hour buffer for arrival time. This was not told to me when I made the appointment. Cleaner finally showed at 9:30 and did a walk through of my house. He complained about the amount of stairs but started with the job. Once he discovered that my water was off, he told me he could not do the job because he did not have enough water on his truck. I had to call the main office to get the guy to start the job. While bringing the hoses in my hose, he tracked in dirt from outside. He did clean up behind himself but I thought he could have been more careful. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours. Although I got an excellent price, I thought the actual cleaner was unprofessional. Do not see myself using this company again.

They arrived on time and did a very professional job. The place looked great when they were done.

The carpet clean truck came right on time and they waited for the maid service to show up. The maid service came in by the end of the time window. The carpet cleaning went well and I never heard anything back from the management company. I hired this service because I wanted to get my security deposit back and I really did not have time to deal with this. The maid service stayed for about two hours and they told me that everything was done. I trusted them and the floor was wet so I just locked the door and left. I had an appointment with the owner's agent on the next day and she pointed out a few places which were not properly cleaned. I had to call AshMaids to ask them to come out again. Two ladies came out and did about another hour of cleaning. Days later, I got a few email messages from the owner's agent saying that AshMaids did a bad job and she sent me pictures of the spots were not clean. on 9/24, I got an official letter from the agent saying that they had to use other services to clean the spots and they deducted 175 dollars from my security deposit because they could not wait for me to call back and forth and wait for Ashmaids to correct the problems. I called in to AshMaids and I was told the manager will call me back. I waited 2 days and nobody called me. I called in today again today, 10/3 at 1230 and I was told the same. The manager called me back around 1300 and told me that this is the problem between me and the owner and they won't refund the money I paid for their service. He even said that he does not care if I write a negative review on Angie's List and whatever I do would not hurt his business.

Very well. I really need help with cleaning bathrooms. They are great.

Ash Maids did a great job. We has several carpets that we needed cleaned and they arrived on time and were thorough and professional. Were also great about moving furniture as needed.

The cleaning was fine except the scratch. I called to report the scratch, and they denied doing it, although I am positive it wasn't there before they arrived. They sent someone out to investigate, who agreed there was a scratch, but they continued to deny it was their service. Robert was very rude and said his staff is professional and couldn't have done it. They refused to take any responsibility or provide any remedy whatsoever. The situation was not resolved to my liking and I have a huge scratch now on m bathroom mirror.

The ladies arrived on time and were pleasant. A pleasure to work with!

There was an initial confusion on my address as I had recently moved. But once the cleaning crew arrived, they did a great job cleaning the areas that I had indicated I needed them to focus (I had bought an Angie's Deal). They spent the time alloted per the deal.

I have been using this service provider a year and a half now. They come over every two weeks. I love the quality of their work. The provider is responsive to my needs and when I wasn't happy about something, they addressed it right away on the next visit. I would definitely recommend them. Ed

Two ladies arrived as scheduled. Finished in 1.5 hours. Came in and got right to work. Very professional. They completed the major areas that I wanted cleaned - dusted and mopped the wood floors, vacuumed the carpet, cleaned the few dishes in the kitchen sink, and cleaned the master suite to include changing the bed linens. While they completed within the allotted time, their attention to detail suffered because they were working fast to get through all areas.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay, but I would not give them an A. I pointed out the spots on the sofa before the technician started. I looked at it when he was done and still saw the spots. He said they could not get it out because they just use water and not chemicals. I asked him to go over it one more time and, sure enough, he got it out. I was a little disappointed with their persistence, but the ultimate result was good. It was just that it took some effort for me to get it out of him.

On time-pleasant-generallygood-did not thoroughly clean certain areas requested, but overall good quality

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. They called and came out shortly after I purchased the deal. It was really nice. This was my first time using them. He was really good and he came very professional. The price was very good.

It turned out fine. Overall I thought it was pretty standard for cleaning service. They didn't really seem to do anything that I would consider to be cleaner or more, it is just like a standard cleaning. They said they would do three hours worth of work and then they have like big list of things, I would consider a deep cleaning like washing the baseboard and all that. They just kind of did the general housecleaning stuff. I thought it was worth the money, but I just didn't think it was that much of a deal per se. I would use them again in the future.
