I have used them at least three times and I have had very good experience with them. They did a good job. They did the work when they said they would do. Their price was acceptable to me. I will hire them in the future, if required.

High marks for professionalism and puncuality, and their price was about $300 less than several others companies I contacted for materials from the same manufacterer. Justin was very helpful and clear in in his estimates and easy to get ahold of (even on his day off). They get a "B" for quality because they had to come out twice to fix problems with their work -- however, it is a tricky material tricky to work with, and they were very responsive. When I need some carpet, I will definately call them.

After looking at many carpet and rug options at the showroom and taking home samples, we finally ordered a stair runner and a bound jute rug with a border for our dining room from Arlandria. Matt Riesett came to our home at a time most convenient for us to take the measurements and write up the estimates that he provided within a day or two. We ordered both items at different times and they were very patient with us as to the time it took us to make our decisions and get back to them. They never pressured us into buying anything, but when we did buy from them they always checked up with us once the install was complete to be sure we were happy and followed up with a thank you letter for doing business with them. I found that their prices were very good and after researching the same manufacturer at other local carpet stores, Arlandria prices came out on top with lowest price for a great product and great quality!

They were pretty helpful in the store. Worked with me to try to lower the price. Kept moving the installation date for me because the sump pump company kept breaking its deadlines. Glued down some carpet strips where new concrete made it impossible to nail down the strips. Actually called and asked if they could come a day early because they had finished up another job early, which was great.
