Description of Work: They came as promised, and the technician was able to get my refrigerator cooling again. However I was disappointed that he didn't take the time to open and clean out the back and check the seal around the fridge. Both needed to be done.

Description of Work: Called on a Saturday afternoon and was there Monday AM. Came out to look at our washer and dish washer. Was honest about not being able to fix the washer, the transmission was blown and but fixed the diswasher.

Description of Work: The lid switch to my stack washer/dryer combo had broken. He offered two alternatives: 1) Replace the plastic piece (child proof mechanism) or 2) Remove it and connect the wires for a permanent fix. I chose option 2. Option 2 was also cheaper because of the discount provided from your referral.

Description of Work: The provider gave me a window of 4 to 7 pm. He called me at 3 to tell me he would be at my house between 5 and 6. When he was late, I called several times to follow up. i was told at 6:30 he would be at my house in 30 or 40 minutes. He didnt show up. I was told at 7:30 that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He finally called me at 8:15 to tell me he wasnt coming at all.

Description of Work: Sammy with Appliance Repair Leaders came to repair our oven the same day we called. We had an unusual issue that was causing the problem, but he would not give up until he fixed our ovens. He used a cart to remove the double wall unit, which would have taken two people. We are very happy with the service and the value!

Description of Work: Spoke with Sammy on Monday and he came the next day. Said between 1:00 and 4:00 and called about 1/2 before he came. He was very knowledgeable about the dryer and new right away what the problem more than likely was before tearing it down. He informed me that the lint drum inside the Samsung Dryer is a problem area and if it gets full you will get the vibration problem. I informed my family that we must keep the trap free at all times, but a house of teenagers they always don't do that. He was here about 45 minutes and was GREAT!!!! i would truly call him for any appliance problems that we might have and have told a few friends that say they are looking for someone who is reasonable and knowledgeable. Sammy truly is that!! Sammy again thank you so much.

Description of Work: My washer and dryer were both broken. He replaced the heating element in my dryer and then unjammed my washing machine (it was hard work to do it!). He had to pull rags out from the bottom of the washer that were jammed. Well worth the money and he was nice!

Description of Work: Appliance Repair Leaders LLC repaired my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. He replaced the disher washer pump. I removed the kick plate at the bottom of the machine to ascertain the water leak and described the problem when scheduling my service appointment. I gave the serial number and model number of the dishwasher to him the previous day. The repair took no more than an 1/2 hour. I was able to use my Angie's list coupon which saved me $55.00. I realize that not everyone would be as proactive in determining the actual problem but I feel that all in all the charge was fair. They knew exactly the part that was needed. Description of Work: Called to fix a noisy SubZero Ref/Freez. Sami,the repairman did not believe that the appliance was actually making noise (which it wasn't at the time, but did often). Gave a cursory look at the unit, charged 59 dollars and grumpily departed. I subsequently called a SubZero repairman from Reston who responded the same day, made the diagnosis (even though the unit was again not making noise), replaced the worn freezer fan, and solved the problem.
