Vendor came out to our home in early November 2019 and we were told they would replace the same broken part and fix our oven again. We went with your company because we were told the items and parts would be under warranty for 1 year from time of repair. We have called and emailed on multiple occasions over the last two months and I finally spoke with a representative who shared the item was on back order and that he would call me back with an update. This was over 3 weeks ago. My husband and I have continued calling, sometimes with no one even answering calls or even providing an option to leave a voice mail. I’m very frustrated since our item was repaired and then broke within six months and no one has bothered to return our calls and repair our oven after we paid $650 for the initial repair on our Electrolux oven.

The clothes dryer was not working. The technician arrived well within the time frame given. He diagnosed the problem and said that they had the part in the warehouse and he would return with it the next day. He returned the next day in the time frame promised. He vacuumed out the dryer, replaced the part, replaced the vent hose (as requested). The dryer is working well since the service.
