We were worried about the deeply buried 240-line resulting in cut tree roots but Oscar and his team (literally) went to great lengths to avoid cutting the roots, going under whenever possible. Through it all, they remained considerate and careful. I worked from home that day and they were more than accommodating when my husband called and asked questions or wanted photo updates. Read between the lines here--he wanted to keep his eyes on things from a distance and it could have easily become annoying to some contractors. But, not Oscar and his team. If we had concerns about placement or configuration, they were good-natured about adjusting. At one point, I asked about the placement of an outdoor outlet because I needed an accessible place to plug-in chargers for phone/laptop near a small patio. I often use this spot to work outside during nice weather. His response to my request was so kind and considerate, placing another outlet just where I needed it. After living in a home for 20 years built in the 1930's when the building codes required many fewer outlets, I place a high value on well-placed outlets because I know how much easier it can make life. This will be one of those outlets I love having! Of course, it was more than this one outlet that Oscar and his team installed well. Every aspect of the job was excellent. Oscar set a high bar from start to finish for customer service, work quality, professionalism, knowledge, kindness and competitive pricing.
