Didn't end up needing the service at all but would not have used this company as I thought it was very overpriced. They do have a wide range of services though.

Joe, the owner, works with two women to do housecleaning. Joe is very responsive and nice. The cleaning job was average. The two women did the bathroom and kitchen; they did a pretty good job, but items that were moved to clean the counters were put back in a messy, haphazard way. Joe did the dusting. He missed some spots each time. I initially asked that they not do the floors, but on the third visit asked them if they would. Joe said yes, but left without doing the floors. Each time they spent about an hour at my house, which seems rushed. I wouldn't say it was too thorough. I also wished that they could make firmer appointments. He will tell you a day, but doesn't give you a time until the night before. That's inconvenient.

She did a very good job. She did everything that was requested and worked 7 hours non-stop. As stated above she worked in a house that really needed cleaning. She removed manufactorer's stickers from all the new cabinets, bathroom fixtures etc. When she finished cleaning the furniture, floors, walls, chair rails and baseboards the house was clean. There were several areas that needed repeat cleaning as we moved funiture around as she cleaned areas. She had to be told to clean several areas but I believe that is because of the fact that the house was just partially moved into. She was polite and professional and knew how to clean and took pride in her work. Her supervisor stopped by once to see how things were going and called several times to make sure we were happy as the work progressed.

I called them because I wanted a known and trusted entity and someone who came with good legitimate references. The phone call went very well, and they are coming to give us an actual estimate at our house. His prices seemed fair because many other companies quoted us rates that were slightly higher. They were very responsive, and the first lady I spoke to was quite helpful. Also, the gentlemen who was the supervisor called me back and was extremely helpful as well.

I found out about this company through Angie's List. Joe Siegel is the contact for housecleaning. Joe is very responsive and helpful. He gave me a quote over the phone and they came one week later per my request. They will use their own products unless you have specific products (green in our case) you want them to use. I wrote a list of our top priorities and they were followed. Joe arrived with two helpers and all of them cleaned. They did a very good job. I am very, very picky and noticed a few things that could be improved. When Joe called to check up afterward, I told him about those few things and he promised they would be done next time. We had a bump in the road the last (our third) cleaning - several large items were not done (vacuum basement carpet, clean basement shower). I called Joe and they came back the next business day to do those items. I have many friends who are not happy at all with their cleaners. We are not in that category, but I will be watching for how many things they miss. Please keep in mind that I am exceptionally picky so I really do recommend them despite the few negative comments I have.

Excellent in all respects.

The driver arrived in time and drove me to the doctor's appointment. The driver was ready and waiting to drive me home at the end if the appointment.

They are absolutely wonderful. We began using them when we lived in Northern Virginia and have used them ever since (now we live in DC). Joe is a pleasure to work with and is always agreeable and helpful.
