American Aim Construction is a fair company we had pleasure working with. We signed the contract for major renovation at our home. They were punctual and the quality of the work is excellent. When we had some issues that were not in the contract they presented options to solve the problem and we had to fill out a change order. Overall everything turned out great.

Dan and his crew have done an amazing job.
The workmanship is great, they took care of a big list including painting, deck power washing and stain, replacing electrical fixtures, backsplash in the kitchen, the vanities in the 2 bathrooms and other handyman tasks. It was a pleasure working with him and when we need work done in the future, he'll be the first one we call.

I highly recommend working with American Aim Construction. They have done a lot of work in my home from work like painting (which looks great) and installing light fixtures to more complex jobs like redesigning my kitchen and replacing floors or removing wood paneling. They have a great, friendly team - especially Dan the owner. They are always willing to work with you on pricing and timing. I will continue to work with them for anything we need in our home.

Description of Work: I give Dan my highest recommendation, and had an overwhelmingly positive experience with him. He was able to come to my home the day after I called him to give me an estimate, and I was fortunate enough to be able to have the work done the following week due to a last-minute opening in his schedule. It was a 3-day job (exactly as he told me when he gave me the estimate) that included extensive drywall repair and painting of 4 rooms (including window trim, baseboard and doors), installation of bedroom closet bi-fold doors, replacing 4 interior doors (including painting them and replacing hinges and knobs), replacing old bathroom vanity/mirror/lighting with new ones, replacing a ceiling fan and 2 additional light fixtures, caulking windows, re-caulking bathtub, replacing garbage disposal, hanging new curtain rods in 2 bedrooms, replacing 4 heat registers, and hanging a large mirror. Dan showed up exactly on time each morning with his crew, kept in touch by phone and text when necessary, made some excellent suggestions, and made sure the work was done in phases that allowed me to keep 2 cats in rooms where the work was not being performed on a given day. The estimate he gave me was right on target, and when I added some additional work as the project progressed, he charged me a minimal amount and even performed several services free of charge. I intend to use him again for an upcoming flooring project, and will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Description of Work: "Dan the Man"!!!!! What can I say. He and his staff are THE BEST. I called Dan and he came within 2 days to provide an estimate for the interior painting. Dan IS the man as are the professionals he has working with him. The painting is fabulous . . . so beautiful and professional - have never seen painters perform like that before. Dan also recommended we replace some exterior wooden shutters with plastic and he painted the shutters as well as the exterior trim. Dan also cleaned and stained our deck which looks AMAZING. His guarantee is for 10 years. Dan also replaced the front mini blinds and back screen doors. Last but not least he stained our front entrance. There's no question who I would call for ANYTHING relating to ANY handy work in my home. He is extremely prompt and responsive. Excellent work doesn't come for free - and I wouldn't have used any other contractor. You will be extremely pleased with the results -- and will very much enjoy talking with Dan!!!!! He's the man!!!!
