Our project had some complexity as the screen porch was originally stained and sealed with polyurethane and we wanted it changed to white paint. They prepped, primed and painted as requested - screen porch now looks great. Painter was responsive in providing work estimate and in scheduling the work. Definitely recommended.

Given his expertise and great service delivery, we later hired him to handle a plumbing issue at another property. He took the time to explain the issues and provided options. He was very thorough with the cleanup following his work and takes pride in his projects. We also found him to be very personable and committed to customer satisfaction. + 5 moreThe wall paper removal, painting prep and painting was excellent. Much better than i expected. They spent a considerable amount of time prepping including filling nail holes, sanding and wiping down the walls before they painted. The corners are perfect and the trim beautiful. They painted the entire inside including ceilings - 9 rooms. I highly recommend the team for painting. They also did some remodeling - finishing the laundry and craft rooms from concrete walls to clean and finished. As part of that it included minor plumbing and electrical. All work was done well.

+ 2 moreDan the Man is Ah-may-zing. We hired him to paint our whole house, do some power washing and some drywall repairs for a move and subsequent sale of our home. We also needed our carpet replaced, which Dan doesn't do but he did refer me to an awesome carpet guy who he frequently works with and is also amazing. When we had scheduling issues due to the move, Dan was flexible and worked with us. He saw things that needed to be done and suggested them to us, and did some at no additional charge. He worked with us on our very quickly needed turnaround time and was very considerate of the fact that we needed to get the house on the market as soon as possible. He was flexible when we added work. Overall, I could not have asked for more, and I recommended our realtor keep his contact information for future clients.

+ 1 moreWhen I hire someone to do work in my house I want them to take care of everything including going out and buying any materials needed to do the work. And it goes without saying I expect the work to be done right and at a fair price. Dan met all of those requirements and then some. All I had to do was show him what I needed to be repaired and the color paint I wanted and he took care of the rest. His estimate was spot on and he and his crew finished the project on time. The various dry wall and crown molding repairs that his crew did were outstanding as was the paint job. Bottom line, if you want someone to take care of various house repairs and jobs for you, have them done right, and not feel like you were ripped off, then Dan is most definitely the man!

He and his team showed up promptly each morning & worked until my list was complete. I can see why his previous customers are customers for life. Dan really does care about his customers.
Description of Work: Initially, I was looking to have my deck and fence cleaned, rotted wood replaced and restained. After meeting Dan, and realizing all the areas of expertise he and his team provide, I gave him my list which included removing 3 old satellite dishes from my roof, painting my front door and shutters. They also checked all shutters and tightened loose ones; Powerwashed my house, deck, front stairs and walkways; repaired & painted my mailbox; installed new ceiling fans. It was like Christmas for me, knocking out so many jobs!

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I had painting done by this company. Orlando, the painter, is excellent!! His prep-work makes the walls look as smooth as silk. Dan, the owner, insists that prep-work is the basis for a great paint job. I had another company, that I had also previously used and liked, bid on this job since they were advertising 30% off their regular price because of the winter slow period. Dan's regular price was better. I'm very pleased with the work done.
Description of Work: I had two full baths and one half bath painted. I previously had a large bedroom painted.

Description of Work: Dan created an outdoor enclosure for 3 cats under our deck (our new 'catio'). We didn't know exactly what we wanted. Dan listened to our requests and suggested the plan that we now have. It was quick and the cats LOVE it! Dan also refurbished and painted the deck above the catio in a separate job.

Dan kept in communication with us throughout the project and the house was clean and ready for move-in once he was done. He also made good recommendations for sources, colors, and materials and was able to find ways for us to save money during the project. We were so impressed, we used him for the renovation of the house we were selling!
