Ambiance Inc

I started the process by using Angie's list "A" rated firms for window treatments and dining room chair re-upholstery work. We visited and interviewed multiple firms and determined that neither outfit was looking at the big picture to plan, design and install a coordinated product. I chose Ambiance Inc. because they provided a 'turn-key" project. Beth Britt, the owner, presented multiple alternatives for consideration. All of the selections were well coordinated and we were able to make an informed decision. Fabrics were chosen and the work began and delivered on time and within budget. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. The research was well worth with it. A superb job!!!

Super! I knew when I met Beth, the owner, that we had the right person for our project. We want to gently pull our home together, making it look cohesive and more welcoming. We are at the beginning of a bigger project with this designer and are eagerly anticipating a more beautiful home as a result..

Beth was easy to work with and took all the stress out of the project. She is very flexible about design and working within your budget. She always made herself readily available and stayed in constant contact via phone and email throughout. The fact that she uses the same contractor for all her projects gave me great confidence and I wasn't disappointed. The workers were dedicated to this project only so it moved apace. They were professional and cleaned up well each day. Their workmanship was great. Beth is a stickler for detail that paid off both in the design and in the execution. She noticed things before I ever had to point them out. As a result, the punch list was negligible.
