This was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. All Brand came to my house to fix a refrigerator as part of a home warranty claim. They diagnosed a faulty damper motor and said they would have to order the part and that it would arrive "within 2-3 days." Just to be safe, we set an appointment with the technician before he departed for five days later. On the day of our next scheduled appointment, I called about ninety minutes into my three hour window to get an estimated time of arrival. When I called the representative told me I didn't have an appointment because the part had not arrived, and they "don't make appointments if they don't have the part." Well, the technician who came to my house must not have gotten the memo, because he set an appointment with us and even wrote it down on our receipt.Eventually, the part did arrive, much later than it should have. All Brand waited SIX days after their initial assessment to send their report to my warranty company. I was told this was because the guy who sends the reports was "sick" for a week. The tech eventually came again, and installed a new damper motor- which didn't even fix the problem! So I asked them to come back out, and we set an appointment for between 4-7pm. At about 5:45pm on the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the tech's truck was broken down so my appointment had to be postponed until the next day. Throughout my dealings with All Brand, their representatives have at turns been defiant, argumentative, incompetent, nonchalant, and indifferent. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service provider at all costs.
