Kevin was an excellent technician. He explained the rationale behind the recommendation for our home's treatment. The arrival time was spot on. I appreciated his concern with spraying and suggestions regarding the welfare of our little one. He was professional and courteous. Overall, great experience.

I spoke to three different people at Alexandria Pest - a dispatcher, an inspector and a tech. All three were helpful and kind! Within three hours of my first call, my raccoon was trapped and removed. I called two other companies at the same time. Alexandria Pest had removed the raccoon prior to me getting a returned phone call from either of the other companies. I would like to mention Tracy, specifically, as her customer service was impeccable as was her follow through. Our tech, William, took care of trapping the raccoon expeditiously. I would recommend Alexandria Pest to anyone in need of pest control/removal. 5 STARS!!!

I found mouse dropping on an insect trap in my laundry room and called for a free inspection. Ricky Diggs came and was excellent. He did a very through job of inspecting the property and found evidence of mice and explained how they were mostly likely getting in. He suggested a pest control plan and sent a quote which was reasonably priced. Ralph Cunanan was the technician that came to perform the service and he was excellent. He informed us of everything that he was doing and why. He asked about the presence of pets or kids and planned accordingly. I would highly recommend this company.

I was communicated the appointment time far enough in advance and the technician arrived right on time. The technician was friendly, efficient and professional. I have had no infestation issues since using Alexandria Pest Service.

At this point (just started about a week and a half ago) the issue has not been resolved as of yet, but the service that we have received has been excellent. Ricky Diggs, Vice President of Alexandria Pest Services, Inc. (APS) initially came out to review the issue. We had previously had four other companies come out to look at our issue and each one of them didn’t provide good feedback without being questioned and all tried to up-sale their products and required a year contract. With Ricky, he simple provided all the information on rat behavior, how they would approach the situation to resolve and monitor upfront. A week and a half into it and we have had four visits from APS. Kevin, the technician we have been working with is very professional and knowledgeable. So far we are pleased and will be even more pleased once the rats are eradicated. The office staff has been very polite as well.

This place is a completely disorganized nightmare. They basically ripped me off, promised a refund, and blew me off. Better check to make sure you’re getting the treatments they say they’re providing because I have video of my place on the days they said they came by but never did.

Nobody likes discovering you have Mickey and Minnie taking up residence. After a mouse sighting I contacted Alexandria Pest Service. They were able to schedule an inspection for the very next day. Mr. Ricky Diggs came out and was extremely reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. He recommended a course of action and we scheduled the service for a couple of days later to set up traps. The technician, Oswaldo, was also very professional and reassuring, telling me exactly what they were doing each step of the way. There was follow through the rest of the week to check on the traps. I have also signed up for the monthly service and have been implementing other suggestions to prevent future occurrences. I highly recommend Alexandria Pest Services if you have a similar problem!

AMAZING Service and Professionalism. They did a through job and explained everything in detail. They did not upsale other services. I was highly impressed with the company. I would hire them over the big companies like Orkin (who I hired previously and did a shoddy job). This was night and day compared to Orkin.

Alexandria Pest Service solved my pest problems when other companies failed. They have been very responsive, their service people are extremely polite, knowledgeable and result oriented. Oswaldo has been extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Tracy came for the appointment and he was awesome- great representative of the company. I would hire them again for Mr. Tracy consultation. He was professional, respectful, answered all my concern and provided me with free advice. Very smart and knowledgable in his field.

I just want to thank Alexandria Pest Service for being so responsive! When you are dealing with anything out of the norm, it can be very frustrating. I gave them a call on a Thursday and they were able to schedule a free consultation with me as early as Monday/Tuesday. They provided a two hour window for the exterminator to show up. I appreciated that Ricky listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable regarding the different types of pests that many people encounter. He proceeded with the inspection and answered all of my questions along the way. Upon the end of the inspection, he gave me a recommended course of action and to give him a follow-up call for a general spraying, etc. I am glad to report that they were not bed bugs and that there was a simple fix to my problem. I would definitely recommend Alexandria Pest Service to anyone who is looking for a professional and responsive business to take care of their home.

Great! I had a random (thankfully) siting of a mouse and called Alexandria Pest as other services required a long term contract. They inspected my home, found a hole in the garage leading to the kitchen, patched it up, laid traps and then came back every two days for a week to inspect. Then they required a 2 month service (once a month visit) for check up and spray. Price they charged for our area is average. the representatives were friendly and professional. Would definitely consider using them on an ongoing basis.

Oswaldo has been treating our home for sometime- he is very professional, punctual, thorough, and responsive. We are greatful for his good service. Also, the front desk is very cordial and responsive.

We called and were given an inspection date only one day away. Inspector came out, decided on location of traps, drew up a contract and made the initial appt for following day. Within one hour, I had received a phone call for follow up appts (every other day for a week) and confirmed those as well. By the then Brian came back for the first follow up we had caught 9 mice - and the bait traps outside were being visited. So all is going well. This is only our first follow up, but we are very happy with Brian and the whole office team. Everyone is very helpful, polite and professional. It's nice to speak with a person and not get an answering machine. It was a bit expensive, but we are glad we chose to go this route, because we thought we only had one mouse - we are still catching them!!! We would recommend this company to anyone who is interested.

Ricky came out and was great - we felt really good about using them. As soon as the technicians came, things went downhill. While they were VERY nice, both the first two times the technician came to set traps, he didn't have any bait and asked for peanut butter or chocolate (which I gave to them). The third time we had an appointment, the tech was a no show and I had to call. They immediately sent someone. The four appointment, nobody showed at all and I didn't bother calling. We end up receiving a letter in the mail saying we're past due on the bill, they've made multiple attempts to contacts us, and they're about to send us to collections. We still have traps out from them that they never followed up on (and worst of all) we still have mice. Talking to Ricky during the consult was very informative, but after that, I'd have been better off buying and setting my own traps.

For a little over four years APS (Alexandria Pest Control) has been providing exceptional service for me at various properties from residential to commercial throughout the DMV. APS (Alexandria Pest Control) provides a wide of array of services and the service has never been short of excellence. The system is absolutely brilliant from initial contact to follow up. Every problem has been taken care of swiftly. They remain rooted with quality and client care. Receiving exactly what I expect has made me become a life-time customer. Beyond please- APS is the BEST!

It is going perfect. I appreciate the receptionist, prompt response and quick scheduling. The treatment was within days of me calling. Ricky was patient and knowledgeable. The tech Marcus is courteous and allowed me to follow him around and ask questions. We already have results after 2 days. My company who has been servicing this property for over 40 years, were not polite and did not fix the issue.

They are really good. This company pulls out the refrig and sprays, sprays around electrical outfits, sprays water pipes, cabinets and such. They go above and beyond. After a normal spray we get a few dead sprays, this time there were 5 times that so much better. I wish we would have used them two years ago. They take about 45 mins to spray, the other company about 10 mins. We have seen excellent results.

They were quick to come out and make any adjustments between follow-ups. After catching 20 mice 2 months ago, I hope to be mice free.

Fantastic! These guys are honest and they do a great job! I did not feel like I was being taken for a ride like some other companies that just toss out bait. These guys came out, saw the issue and pumped the ground and the concrete sub flooring full of chemicals to make sure my house would be protected in the future. I was very afraid of the pricing that I was being quoted until these guys showed up. No nonsense company. Thank you!

Alexandria Pest Services always arrived promptly (or we were notified of any delays) and both times when I needed to reach them with questions, they were immediately responsive. If I need further treatments for this home I will definitely use them again.
