They were great! Richard came out to give us a free estimate and had the great idea of coordinating the next visit with our handyman so we can make sure that the squirrel was out of our attic before it was sealed up. He was professional, explained everything very clearly and took away any concerns I had. He was very punctual on both visits and was able to make sure our attic was clear before it was sealed up. He wouldn't even charge me anything! This is a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them.

The service itself was pretty good. They always showed up and came when they said they could come. I think they could've been more thorough. They just abruptly stopped coming, however.

They have been really good at taking care of problems. They are very prompt when coming out. We are happy with the service.

I have been a customer of Alexandria Pest Services for well over 10 years. When I moved into my very first Apartment I had them to come out and perform service and they were great. In 2007 I purchased my first home and after moving in we discovered that we had termites. In 2008 I contacted Mr. Richard Diggs and told him about my situation. He sent someone out to do an assessment and that weekend they treated the property. It is now 2012 and we have not seen a SINGLE TERMITE since. I recently had them come in to treat my home for roaches, and so far so good. We rarely ever see the amount of roaches we did prior to them coming. Everyone at Alexandria Pest Service is very professional. The quality of work that they do is amazing. They pay attention to detail and they let you know every step of the way exactly what they are doing and why. I know more about bugs than I ever did. Also, my favorite Pest Man is DAVE WILLIAMS. Dave pays attention to detail and always ensures that I am satisfied with the work that is being done. He is not only professional about what He does, he seems to enjoy his job very much. OH yeah, and they make sure they cover their feet before entering your home.. I would highly recommend Alexandria Pest Services to anyone that is having a pest problem, you will not be disappointed. Thank You Mr. Richard, you are your team (including Jalisa) are AWESOME!!

This company is very response and professional. I called the company around 8:30 in the morning and within a couple of hours, Mr. Diggs, part owner in the company, came out to give me an estimate and explain what his company would do. About an hour later, Marvin, came and took care of everything. So far so good.

They had a very reasonable price, but the quality of the inspection was superficial, and not thorough.

We are really happy with them. They come out quarterly to spray for bugs. They are excellent. They are one of our favorite companys to deal with.

Overall I am very happy with this Mr. Diggs and His staff. I would highly recommend them.

We pay $80 once in every three months. We are satisfied with their work. They have never gone above and beyond than what we expected. They come back in between their servicing as a part of their contract if we have problems with the bugs. They would treat the inside or the outside whereever there is the problem as many times as you want and they have never said that they would not come. They have always been very responsive. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are very responsive. They come out on time. They are very knowledgeable and do a good job. I don’t know if they are good or bad on price. I would continue to use their services in the future.

They came out in the fall when the crickets were not going away. I did whatever the one-time payment was. They did four pest inspection and a treatment. I think I paid around $125. We also signed on for the quarterly inspections and that is $65 every time. We did that as well. This is a new house and we knew it was a rental property before we bought it and that meant there were tons of people through the place. We could really know what to expect and it probably wasn’t a well maintained house. It had been kicked around a little bit. Not only did we have the chimney cleaned, we had it mostly rebuilt. We thought we could get the pest inspection done as it is our first year in the house. I am getting ready to call them again because we have some bumblebees taking residence in our backyard. I would rate them highly. They give me a reminder that they are coming with a little bit of window room so that I can reschedule if I want or if I want to be there, they will inspect outside even if I am not there. They check for all the standard stuff and they make sure that anything they treated is continuing to work. We had little tiny evidence of termites and they took care of it immediately and it stopped in its track. We went ahead and had them inspect everything while they were here and they did a top to bottom inspection. They were very thorough and very respectful of the house. They put on little booties. They basically do what they said they were going to do. They did it well with respect for the property. They couldn’t have done it better in my opinion. There was nothing much to do, they covered all the bases. I would continue to use them.

We were very happy with them. They came out once a year, and if we needed them to come out more often, they would come out and not charge us. They would come out for the inspection. If any work had to be done, they would then charge us for the work done. They charged me $95 a year which is great. They had young people come out, but again they were very professional. They took the time and they walked around the house. They showed me everything. They weren?t impatient. We had put down hardwood floors and when we pulled out the carpet at the baseboards, we found some termite evidence. When I called them, they came right out like in a day or two. I showed them and they were just really patient and professional. When they came out to treat it, I wasn?t there. They didn?t even ask me to pay in advance. They just said that they would send me a bill and I was like wow. They were very responsive. Infact they would call and remind me about the termite inspection. So they were really proactive. I would use their services again in the future.

Arrived in the assigned time window, performed the inspection, provided verbal results, and the report was delivered within 48 hours.

They were very punctual. I think their price is competitive. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The quality of their job is excellent. They inspected both inside and outside of the house. We have had them for about four years and, they have been good with termite inspection and pest control both.
