Couldn't have gone better and the price was great. Ahmed Brothers spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning the two window units. Neither had been cleaned since new (about 5 years ago) and there was a thick layer of dirt and debris caked on the coils. The technician was professional in every respect and the units now look new, inside and out. Thank you!

We had these guys come out and clean our AC because it had a funny odor. The first time they came out, they did an okay job, but the smell was back within days. The second time they came back, we had to stand on top if them to really clean -- they "missed" the fact that the drip pan was full of water and had organic material growing in it. Upon closer inspection, we realized there was no drain hole that allowed the water to escape (hence the mold and funky smell). They agreed to come out the next day and drill the hole (it really is that easy of a fix). When we called again today -- two days later -- they said they didn't know anything about the need to drill the hole. We're not impressed and would encourage folks to think twice before hiring them.
