+ -1 moreThe work was wonderful, however, we found out that his license expired in 1991. The man is knowledgeable, does great work, and I trust him to come into my home when I'm not there. However, he doesn't have a valid license. His actions could have cost us the pending sale of our home.
Description of Work: checked & verified that our heating and a/c system was in good working condition (which they were).

+ -1 moreHe is a great guy. He is one of the few trade vendors I would give a key and pay him without checking the work first. He always does a great job. He thinks through everything.
Description of Work: They repair my heating and air conditioner systems along with the general maintenance.
