They cut down a tree in my front yard. The best thing was that they were able to come when I wasn't home. They knew exactly what to do, where to go, and what I wanted them to do. The only issue I had with them was it was kind of lengthy of a time period of them first visiting and then getting the whole job completed.

Everything went just fine. The crew was delayed by one day due to bad weather and safety concerns, but the job was done the very next day, all debris was removed and the trees are no longer brushing up against the structure when weather comes through.

Mike Todd came out to do the estimate and responded the same day via email. The crew that came to our house were polite, professional and knew exactly what to do! It was a 6-7 hour job and when they finished they cleaned everything up and our trees look great! We would absolutely recommend ABSOLUTE TREE, INC.

Extremely well. They arrived when promised, and were respectful of my property. I always call them for any large trees I need trimmed or removed. When I watch them work, I am glad they are licensed, insured, and provide workman's comp. This work can be very dangerous unless you know what you are doing and can communicate well with your co-workers.

The arborist was very honest and told me that the tree did not need to be trimmed. He suggested that I wait 3 years.

If I ever had any questions, I quickly called or emailed Jill and she was very responsive. Their tree experts (when conducting the initial estimate) were very skilled & knowledgable, leaving me with the distinct confidence that I was receiving top-notch expert advice from subject matter experts...as compared to some of the folks who show up at your door trying to solicit business. Absolute Tree is my "go-to" answer for all future tree / stump removal & planting.

The tree specialists came out and inspected my crepe myrtle. He told me that the trimming was not necessary. It should be done every 3-4 years.

They missed the tree they were supposed to service. Apparently instructions were so bad they never knew. Owner insisted on payment since crew had come to house. Then the owner argued with me, and asked for more money to come back to come back and service them. The actual tree guys are great, but they don't receive competent instructions and the company stands behind nothing. Now massive branches are raining down in my back yard and on my neighbors exactly what I paid thousands to avoid. My instructions were that I wanted to insure my safety and my neighbors safety, but estimator missed multiple dead trees hanging over neighbors house. Pure laziness.

Service was great from start to finish. Took a long time between estimate and getting on their schedule, but nothing terrible. Office staff were helpful and the work crew were very professional. They listened to concerns before starting and then reviewed everything was to satisfaction before leaving.

Excellent once all information was exchanged.

I've used Absolute Tree for several years on an annual basis, both for tree pruning and mosquito treatment. Ashley provides a prompt estimate, usually within a week of contact, and then schedules the work as soon as the estimate is approved. They are not able to use a cherry picker because of how my house is situated next to the street, so they end up climbing and cutting the trees by hand. I've always been pleased with the results.

They have the experienced crew and definitely the right equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would say they are definitely not the cheapest company to do business with, but you get what you pay for. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work completed.

October 14, 2016 - Michael Todd arrived on time and was professional in appearance and manner. Examined large tree that needed removal. Promised estimate for within day or so. Today is November 11, 2016, and we are still waiting for estimate. It's quite clear that he did not want our business, but we would have preferred that he said that rather than simply not sending an estimate.

We received a timely response on the estimate. It was easy to schedule the work. The team arrived on schedule and were knowledgeable, thorough and efficient in all respects. The yard, sidewalk and street was cleared of all debris as they progressed through each part of the project. They were even able to take care of a few additional odds and ends for us while the equipment was on site. It was an excellent experience overall, and I would gladly recommend them to others for quality, price and professionalism.

Back office system is terrible. Great job with trees. We had billing issues we had to deal with. We were invoiced twice for tree in back. We provided proof of payment and problem solved.

They did a great job, they were on time, did what they said they were going to do and charged us exactly what they estimated. This is the second time we have used them and we plan on using them the next time we need tree service. Very professional, they removed two big trees and cleaned up so that there was no debris left.

Everyone I dealt with was professional. They worked around my schedule and did a good clean up job. My Elms look beautiful. I am so pleased and would definitely hire again.

After 3 quotes, 2 were about the same price for the white oak removal and stump grinding, but Absolute Tree threw in the removal of red oak for free as first time customer. The whole job took 4hrs. They were amazingly quick, professional, maneuvering tree trunks up and over our home and nearby street wires. They were so professional, they found a bird's nest w/baby birds in the tree to be removed, took it out, put it on the truck with a baseball cover to protect the babies, and then after the tree was safely removed, they returned the nest to a tree in our neighbor's yard and secured it safely. The job brought out our male neighbors to watch the process and several asked for their info afterwards they were so impressed.

Perfect. I've used them three years in a row and will use them going forward. Very professional.

Did not hire. They were one of three companies bidding on the job, and the least responsive. Had to chase them down to try to get someone here to provide an estimate. Then estimate did not include everything. When emailed about this and what needed to be added, I received two more copies of the very same estimate--no changes Here’s how it went: 8/29 10:53 am- Called to schedule time for an estimate. Told some would call me back. Didn’t happen. 8/30 3:05 pm Called again asking for someone to call me back to schedule a time for an estimate. 8/31 8:30 am Called by the owner who said he would "call me right back” after speaking with one of his workmen about when they could come out. 8/31 4:10 pm Called again to tell them I never heard back from the owner that morning. Office staff tried to reach him, then told me she would call me right back. Didn’t happen. 9/1 Office staff called me this morning to tell me someone would be out "some time this afternoon after 2 p.m.” since I said I would be home after that time, but could not give me anything more specific. Estimator showed up at 4 pm. Competitors were able to schedule their estimates promptly and at a specific time--and arrived on time. 9/2 Received estimate addressed to "Dear Valued Customer" by email, but it did not include everything discussed. Emailed back and asked for a revised estimate. 9/5 - Received two separate emails addressed to “Dear Valued Customer” with estimates from two separate parties. Neither one had been updated with revised information. 9/5 - Wrote them off. This time-consuming lack of organization and accuracy did not leave a good impression with me.

While they were on time and did decent work, lack of communication from the owners/management has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. One tree that they were supposed to be pruning they cut every branch of 25 feet up leaving me with no privacy from my neighbors. It was not clear from the proposal or from anything they said prior to cutting the limbs that this is what was intended. After several follow-up emails and texts I have received no response from the ownership. Not even anything to say were sorry there was a miscommunication.

They arrived at scheduled date and were very professional and safety conscious doing there work.
