Absolute Tree Inc

They showed up at 8:00am and worked non stop until 11:00. They cleaned up everything and were really fast. The price was much cheaper than another vendor (almost $1,000.00) cheaper. Highly recommend.

Absolute Tree, Inc. did an absolutely superb job of removing a very large (31 inch diameter at breast height) pine tree from my front yard, including grinding the stump to below grade. The service was top notch in all aspects. I received a written estimate for the work two days after my initial call to the office. After seeing that Absolute Tree had the most competitive pricing (including a 10 percent discount from Angie's List), and a very strong positive reputation on Angie's List, I called to schedule the tree removal. Within two hours, I had a firm date for the work to be done (scheduled for about two weeks after my initial call, on a day that I selected from a list of available service dates). I was not present for the tree removal, but what I heard from my neighbors is that the workers were extremely efficient, safety conscious (blocking off sidewalks), and performed the job in quick order. When I left for work that morning, I had a huge tree in my yard. When I returned home from work that evening, I had a small pile of chipped wood and dirt from the stump grinding where the base of my tree had been. The workers cleaned up the yard completely of all traces of my former tree. The following evening, I received a courteous e-mail from Absolute Tree with an invoice requesting payment by check or credit card. Frankly, the results exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would readily recommend Absolute Tree, Inc. to my friends and family for their superb service.

The gentlemen that came to do the work were very professional and extremely polite. They went straight to work, completed the job and made sure everything was cleaned before leaving......that's what a customer wants to experience!

The wood was clean and it burned well. They delivered it on time and they stacked it neatly. It was a true half cord that filled our firewood rack. I didn't even have to be home, just left the gate open and put the check on the door. Convenient. We will buy from this provider again.

Absolute responded to our inquiry and sent an arborist out to review our property. After examining a tree we identified as in need of pruning he also identified a few more in need of dead wood removal. We received the proposal and it was very competitive. We scheduled an appointment (2-3 weeks out was the earliest) and had the trees trimmed/pruned. The service was very professional, of high quality, and outside of the trees being trimmed you wouldn't know they had been there. If I had one minor critique it would be that all inquiries were responded to by the President, Mr. Davis, and it usually took 24 hours to receive an email response or phone call back as I am sure he is very busy this time of year. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Since the gentlemen's English skills appeared very limited, we took a little longer and I believe it is understood that they are clearing all fallen wood on the property. Job was completed quickly and the work was completed without any problems. They were in and out fast and the site was clean. The service was outstanding. I would suggest this company to any who asks.

After contacting Absolute we got a quick visit and estimate. They put me on the schedule to do the work about 2 weeks after signing the contract. Work was done in a professional and timely matter. Thank you!

The workmen were careful to trim and purne trees away from the roof line of my home. They removed the debris. They did a great job. I was thrilled to see theresults. The price was reasonable for the amount and level of difficulty of the work.

They were unable to do the work that was needed.

Very disappointing. The company initially started out great. Contacted me almost immediately to ask about the scope of the work. I emailed back immediately and they said they could come out to my property, without me being there, and would give me a quote within 4 days. 16 days later and I've heard absolutely nothing from them, despite me sending them a note 11 days after our initial correspondence. Obviously this company is not concerned with customer satisfaction. So I need a refund on my purchase price of $150 since Absolute Tree Inc clearly isn't going to perform any work on my house since they can't even give me a quote. Thanks.

I could not be more pleased. Never NEVER again will I use the roving tree crews that seem to knock on the neighborhood doors each summer. Absolute tree was professional and fast and left the area neat as a pin, removing all the wood, limbs and leaves. Best of all, I was very pleasantly surprised by how economical it was. And they give a 10 percent discount to Angie's List customers. I will be recommending them around the neighborhood for sure. This company is a true gem!

An arborist was in my neighborhood and noted two of my trees were in distress. Because it was unsolicited, I decided to contact another arborist (Absolute Tree) to give me unbiased information on what was happening and what I could do. They quickly came out and assessed my trees - recommending one for removal, and one for fertilization. Their estimate was detailed, and the owner followed up on the phone to answer all of my questions and give further advice to help me weigh the pros and cons. Although their estimate was a bit higher than another, it was well thought out, and may have covered additional contingencies the other company I looked at hadn't. While I wish they had offered more ideas on how to save one of my trees (and more treatment options on the other), I understand they were trying to give me the biggest bang for my buck, and didn't want to see me spend money to save a tree only to have to come back to them and spend even more to ultimately remove it if it fell down. In the end, I did decide to go with the original arborist who talked with me, as he had more treatment options and had some additional ideas on what we could do to really put everything into saving the tree (which he believed could be done). Time will tell if this was the right idea. In any case, Absolute Tree's service was wonderful, and I felt as though they would work hard for my business. I would certainly consider working with them in the future, and I highly recommend them for any work.

Another great job with Absolute Tree. The guys were very nice and courteous. The trees look terrific. They cleaned up debris before they left. Ashley was very responsive. This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I only wish I had more tress to take down so that I could continue to work with them. (I never thought I'd get this excited about a tree company) From the start, this was a fantastic experience. Jill set the bar high with her customer service approach and that standard was followed through to the very end. Ashley came out promptly for a quote, sent the written quote almost immediately, answered my questions, and scheduled the service quicker that I could have hoped for. The crew was amazing & very accommodating being that I live in Old town and parking can be difficult to maneuver. Their prices are VERY fair and their crew is efficient, polite, and extremely thorough. I would more than recommend this company to anyone.

The crew rare Lived early and D were very efficient and responded to all my questions . All work was completed to more than my expectations. Extremely through. All debris was removed by hand and small debris raked uup and removed. The final touch was the final cleaning with a leaf blower.

Excellent experience. Ashley (the owner?) was very responsive via email, and the crew arrived when they said they would, worked all day removing the tree and doing the other work, and carefully cleaned up the mess. And did a great job. I will certainly use them again for other tree work!

Ashley Davis promptly provided a timely estimate and his crew came on time to do the work. His price beat three other great Angie's list-rated companies, and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. You would never know they were here. The new Red Bud seems to be thriving. I have already recommended his company to several of my neighbors and friends. This is the company to call if you need trees removed, or other such work. They are fantastic.

The job was going to cost a little more than I had originally thought, so I decided not to do the service at this time.

We were very satisfied with the service. We had three estimates, and Absolute Tree gave the best price. They came out Thursday morning to give us an estimate, and by that afternoon the tree was gone! The stumps were ground the next day (different crew does that). They were very professional and cleaned up all the debris when finished. We would definitely recommend them again.

I contacted Absolute Tree Care through the Angie's messaging system and set up a time for the estimate. The estimator came to the house around 11am and provided an estimate and a possible time for the work the following week ( he had to go to the office to check the work schedule). At 3:30 the same day, two workers from Absolute Tree came to the house and they were ready to perform the work. I was pleasantly SURPRISED. They pruned the trees to my satisfaction, cleaned up the area and were finished within an hour. I talked to the office regarding the amount and was told that they came by today because their work schedule would not have permitted them to come to my house for 5 weeks. Since my request was not that extensive, they decided to do the work the same day. That's what I call customer service. They were great all around. I will definitely call them when I need tree service.
