Absolute Tree Inc

I set my my mom with Absolute Tree a couple of years ago. Last week they returned to do some more work. Both times she was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

My experience with this firm was excellent from start to finish. I first contacted them on the 23rd of March and they had someone come out to check to job and submit a proposal on the same day. I accepted the proposal and they completed the job on the 25th. I could not be more pleased with the final result. Workman appeared promptly and well equipped to do the job. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any future clients.

This was the 2nd time I've used Absolute Tree Inc. to perform tree work - the first time was this past fall through and Angie's List Big Deal purchase, and this last time was an emergency call to remove 3 trees that had fallen down the night before in a windstorm. Both times I was very happy with the work - the jobs were completed quickly and done well. The crew was very professional and helpful, checking to make sure the work that they were about to perform was what I was expecting. In this last case, I called Absolute Tree Inc. on a cold Sunday morning to remove 3 trees that had fallen the night before due to high winds. Mr. Davis was very prompt in responding and had a crew out to my house within 2 hours - which was very much appreciated. Two of the trees had come down across the driveway, on top of a car and blocking the front door of the house. The other tree came across the back deck and broke in half, taking out a good portion of the deck railing - so there was quite a bit of clean up required. The crew worked diligently to remove the trees and clean up the area - they did a great job and I was very pleased with the work. I was very pleased with the quick and courteous communications, along with a fair price, professional crew and a job very well done, and I plan on using them again in for future work.

Excellent service! I sent a picture of the job that needed to be done and they quoted it quickly. Went above and beyond, cleaned the area after and even broke down the tree so I could use it for firewood. I highly recommend Ashley and Jill if you want to get the job done right

The service was good, but I did have problems with the way the tree trimming were left in the back yard. And the pine tree was poorly cut, after a request was made tree was trimmed properly. My main problem was a lot of the trimming from the pine tree were left on my deck.

The crew showed up right on time and did an exceptional job. Not only did they thoroughly clean up all of the debris from the tree removal, they also replaced the slats on my fence that were damaged during the last storm, which was above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any tree service.

The workers were very professional and the trees looked great when they finished. They cleaned up all debris and minimized damage to other plantings and the lawn. I was getting my house ready to sell, so the front yard view was important.

It went fine. They did a very nice job. Scheduling was very easy and was done via email and voice mail. They came when they said they would and cleaned up very well. I was also pleased that no branches came off during the recent storms.

That was a good service. It worked out well. They were quite professional, they were courteous and they did their work. We were pleased with what they did.

Both the estimator and the crew who performed the tree removal were incredibly professional. The cleaned up and removed all of the debris per the contract. It was not possible to grind one of the stumps due to the location of the stump, the layout of the yard, and the size of the equipment. The estimator was very upfront about it. When the crew came out to do the work, they did not balk when I asked them to trim the stump a bit closer to the ground when the initial attempt was not low enough.

I was very happy with the work they did, they were coooperative and very nice.

The job was great. The only problem is dealing with Angie's list email. After you make initial contact it is better to just switch to regular email to make it easier for both parties to communicate quickly. We got a free estimate promptly and scheduled service. Due to high winds and rain, the job had to be pushed back two days. The tree trimming was nicely done and the crew does a great job cleaning up after the work is done. We switched from a larger nationally known company to Absolute Tree and the quality of work is the same but the price is a little more reasonable.

Absolute Tree Inc arrived on time, and swiftly removed the invasive tree. They were professional and did not incur any additional damage. The price was also reasonable. We would hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. They were affordable. They did not disappoint me in any way. They answered all my questions. I actually told them that I will call them for any future tree service.

At first we were extremely pleased at the work that Absolute Tree Service did to our yard. We had contracted for them to remove all but two trees in our yard, grind stumps, and remove debris. It has been almost two months since the job started and we still have two stumps remaining in our yard that need to be ground. These are not the first "leftovers" from the original job that were not completed. We had to call and email the owner to remind them of a LARGE oak tree in the front yard that still needed to come down (after they thought the job was completed). Thus returning to the house for a second time. When we realized that two stumps were remaining we contacted the owner and he stated would be out for the 3rd time to finish the project before the end of 2014. We have contacted him yet again to find out when they are returning to finish their work and have heard nothing. Thankfully, we have found another company that has offered to complete Absolute's unfinished work and won't charge us for it. If you decide to go with this company, make sure you get EVERY single thing you want done in writing or else it will not get done even when the owner claims it can and will be done. This is not a company that can be left alone to make sure that the work is completed. While they did do a great job on cutting down the trees and removing the wood the rest of the experience was simply horrible. I feel maybe this job might have just been to large for the company to deal with.

Absolute Tree came in with the best estimate and timeline for the work. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and safely. They cleared seven large trees next to the power lines and deadwooded a large oak near the house. They finished everything within one day and left the worksite clean and undamaged. The owner Ashely, and our foreman Osmeen took care of all of our needs. We have a heavily wooded lot and will undoubtedly use Absolute Tree in the future. We highly recommend their services!

They did a great job. I have these three maple trees, that I was not sure if they could be saved. They said they could definitely save them for a few years at least. These trees have been around since at least 1940. They are beautiful maple trees that were starting to look bad. We spent $800 to have them taken care of. They were professional about everything. Everything is getting better with the trees. They looked great this summer.

I would highly recommend Absolute Tree Service. They were very attentive in understanding the sitution and coordinating a proposal with various options. They called to confirm that I understood what was provided and determine if I had any fruther questions. On the morning of the service, they arrived promptly and began work. Having never gone through this experience and with the proximity ot the house I was very concerned as there was no equipment that could be brought in to do the work. THey had to climb the trees and then ensure not to damage the house or other trees nearby. Everything was successful and done within three short hours. They removed all of the wood and cleaned things up so much that my husband did not even notice that the work had been done. I would highly recommend them. Additionally I obtain various quotes and they were half of the otherquotes I received for the same work.

The crew arrived as scheduled and performed all services. Excellent job. The only sign of their work left behind was a missing tree and pile of mulch.

The tree price that was advertised was to trim the tree for $150. I had to pay the extra $100 to have the whole tree cut down to the trunk of the tree. The $100 do not include removal of the trunk.

It took a long time to schedule the work but the quality and price are very good.

They did very good work. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, did the promised work just fine.

Absolute Tree did a great job. From the initial contact thru the final follow-up Absolute Tree was professional, quick to respond and went above the job requirements by removing my birdhouse that was attached to the Willow but not damaged by the fall. They trimmed several other trees on my property that were encroaching my neighbor's property and removed all the debris. Left my yard and my neighbors' yards spotless. Will use again and recommend to others.

Couple small issues with proposal and what trees to cut but other than that, everything went well.

They were good and I would use them again if I needed to.
