The estimator was sent to the wrong location the first time since I had purchased an Angie's List deal and the wrong address showed on his info. I noticed and corrected it in the message section but that was overlooked. The owner came out himself and did the estimate as he knew I was waiting on the tree trimming before putting on a new roof. (I do not knock contractors off of roofs with tree limbs!). Crew showed up on time and cleaned the problem limbs away and cleaned up completely. Tree looks balanced and branches are away from the roof and wires as requested. I would hire them again.

very well. AAA called me to discuss what work they could occomplish within the 4 person/7.5hours I had purchased. We reached an agreement that worked for both and they executed to the letter. They took down a huge tree, preventing any safety for me, and do so without disturbing my renters. Really great job.

AAA was able to schedule job and complete trimming of a tree within 48 hours after another service provider (Absolute Tree) took over two weeks just to deliver an estimate and then wanted another 3-4 weeks to schedule the job. A simple, quick and frustration-free process for a simple, easy job.

Greg Foster, the owner of AAA is a genuine guy who is true to his word. His crew was prompt, friendly, and hardworking. They had a big job to do and it all happened very efficiently. Before the crew left, they put all of our patio furniture back in place and cleaned up all of the debris that was left behind. I would definitely work with them again!

The AAA Tree Service crew came right on time as promised and agreed. They work was completed in a very timely manor. The trim was perfect, completed to my request. Full cleanup of the entire area including neighbor's patio was completed as well. All and all a great job by Wilfredo and his crew. Next time I need tree trimming services I will definitely call AAA Tree Service of Alexandria.

I called on Tuesday to ask for an estimator to come out and look at the work. I met Greg (not the owner, different Greg) on Wednesday and he walked the property with me and evaluated what needed to be done. Greg is an interesting person, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had spoken to 3 other tree removal services and none were as knowledgeable or easy to talk to as Greg. I had a particularly difficult problem as I purchased my home recently only to find out I had many dying Ash trees in my back yard, all very tall and big. I felt very fortunate to find AAA tree service as they were reasonable in price and scheduling. The team (crew chief's name is Norris) came out the next day and began work immediately. I was quite impressed and I really sympathized with how hard the work is specially since it was 90+ degrees that day.They worked the entire day trying to knock out as much of the work as possible because it couldn't be completed in one day. The team came back on Friday to finish the work and they were done in the early part of the afternoon. Afterwards, they had left a lot of the cut up for use potentially as wood for a fireplace. I asked them to cut up larger portions of the trunk to leave in my yard as hauling away costs more money. It was great work, and I will use them again if the need arises!

They did an excellent job and left no debris scattered around. Just the mulch from the tree trunk!

He was very professional and courteous. The cost would be $750 in which my Angie's List deal would cover ($199 for $400 of tree service). I was very pleased with the end result and would definitely use this company again. This company was also very responsive to all forms of communication (email and phone). AAA Tree service came exactly when they said they would come. The work they did was excellent. They cleaned up so well, you hardly knew they were there. The price was reasonable. I would call Greg Foster again.

My experience was excellent with AAA. From the first contact to the successful completion of the job it was done in a punctual, efficient manner. The dead tree was gone and a neat mulched pile left. I would highly recommend the AAA tree service!

Greg came out on May 2nd to give me an estimate on grinding a large tree stump in my backyard. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. The cost would be $400 in which my Angie's List deal would cover ($199 for $400 of tree service). I Icouldn't have met a nicer guy than Greg. He said that the job can be done within a couple of weeks. They were going to come this Saturday but since the forecast is calling for rain, Norris called to see if he could come out today. I was at work but since I already paid through Angie's List, he said that I didn't need to be home which was fine by me. I didn't get a chance to meet Norris but he did a fantastic job!! I was very pleased with the end result and would definitely use this company again. This company was also very responsive to all forms of communication (email and phone). Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and extremely competitive. Within 5 days I scheduled an estimate, received the estimate, contracted for the service, and had the tree removed. The company sent a small army of workmen who were very careful to avoid any damage to the house or surrounding property when they removed the tree. They clearly knew what they were doing. They removed all the debris and did an excellent cleaning job too. Although I wish I hadn't had to have the tree removed, I was thoroughly impressed with their service.

A crew of 6 came out for about 3.5 hours and took care of my trees. They did an outstanding job and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion.

They did a great job at a good price. Using a bucket truck at times, the guys from AAA did a very nice job cleaning up the trees in our front yard. They removed a large oak which was growing between our house and the neighbor's house without any damage. We will use them again in the future.

I have used AAA Tree Service over the past years fro a number of jobs. Their estimate was fair and the service rendered always prompt. They performed the work we agreed to on the day they said they would. You can't ask for more.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for stump removal from AAA Tree Service. I was contacted by AAA Tree Service the same day to gather more information and schedule a date/time for the service. The representatives were very professional and helpful. The workers arrived as scheduled, and were able to grind up / remove the stump within just a few minutes. The were courteous and professional. I would use AAA Tree Service again in the future.

I had contacted AAA Tree Service initially to see if they would even service my area. I did not mention the Big Deals at that time, which I should have. An estimate was done, and when I contacted them back to see which Big Deal would be most beneficial, I was informed that since I was a "current" customer having already received an estimate, I wasn't eligible to use one. After some back and forth, I received a call from the owner offering to make it up to me. I agreed and the team was out the very next day. The gentlemen were very courteous and professional, making sure which trees were identified, cut them down, and cleaned up the mess. They had to come back the next day to grind the stumps, which they did also in a very expedient, professional manner. I will be calling AAA Tree Service again! I have more trees that need to be cut down on my farm! Thanks Greg for having such a professional team of employees!

I give Greg and his employees an A+++. We have used them for over 15 years and they do fabulous work for an excellent price. They are quick, clean and professional and on-time!. Greg is a true artist and always listens to my suggestions and gently persuades me to the right course of action. (I'm a former master gardener for Fairfax County so I am tend to be quite opinionated.) Don't hesitate to hire this company; you won't be sorry.

AAA provided a very fair estimate to have 2 large trees removed from the front of my property. The arrived on time as schedule to do the work within a week of the estimate. One of the trees was a very large ash tree that was next to the house and the removal of both trees was completed without any problems. Both tree stumps were ground down for mulch and the yard was raked and all debris removed. I would use them again and highly recommend.
