Description of Work: Cut up very large, fallen tree limb and removed logs and four piles of small limbs and brush. Yard was totally cleaned and looked great. Workers were very thorough and courteous as well.

Description of Work: AAA Tree Service was ""veni, vidi, vici"" they called made a ""view the sight"" appointment, came assessed tree | and returned performing a state-of-the-art service. Three gentleman came with truck + grinder machine and trimmed a 40+ year old cherry tree which had branches growing in every direction and were hazardously branching out over the street. All debris were professionally collected grinded in wood chips on site and carried away with flatbed truck. Upon completion of tree trimming they left the site immaculately clean. We are very pleased with AAA Tree Service from inception to completion and warmly recommend the services.

Description of Work: They trimmed two trees in my backyard that desparately needed trimming. They were prompt, on time, and did a terrific job!

Description of Work: Can't recall the exact date, but the company was responsive. They were calling me because I was slow in responding. Appreciated their follow-up. They did a great job of stump removal. They went six inches down because I was growing grass over the stump. Everything was neat and orderly. Grass is growing great! Will call them for other services.

Description of Work: Removed a large tree (silver maple) on our median strip, as well as doing some trimming on other trees. The first job took two days; on the second day, a separate spent the entire morning expertly removing the enormous stump that remained.

Description of Work: I needed some trees thinned and trimmed. Greg came by to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked the property with me and told me exactly what they would do. He didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't want/need. He described the damage on the inside of one tree by what was going on with the outside of the tree. After they performed the work and I saw the inside of the tree, it was exactly as he described it would look like. They cleaned the yard of any debris and left it in great shape. I'm very pleased with the work. It's so nice to drive up to my house and actually see it.

Description of Work: On Sunday June 7, Greg Stine provided us with an estimate to have trees pruned/removed from our property. He courteously called to let us know he would be a few minutes late due to another appt. We found him to be professional and very knowledgeable about trees and landscaping. He gave us good information and suggestions for taking care of the trees. Due to the nature of this business we felt we should get a second estimate. This estimate came in significantly less for what we believe is comparable expertise. This is the sole reason we have chosen to go with a different company.

Description of Work: This company called one day to schedule my services and called the next day stating there was a schedule conflict and they rescheduled again. The day of the third rescheduled they called and stated they will be at my house around 12 or 12:30, which was over an hour late. Then they tell told me that would have to be at my house in order for them to begin taking estimates. They was late and did nt apologize for being late and rescheduling three times. Then when I was not able to stay at home and wait, they caller just hung the phone up after saying ok, sorry.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $199 for $400 of Tree Service.

Description of Work: Cut down some very large limbs and trimmed smaller trees and large grasses. I love this company. They clean up after their work so beautifully -- not a branch or any loose leaves anywhere. My favorite thing about them is that they had such respect for my other living plants which were in the same area where the trimming was taking place. Quick, clean, respectful and attentive.

Description of Work: We called several tree removal companies and AAA Tree Service offered the lowest bid. Greg visited our property in Alexandria, VA and gave us an estimate for removing two trees and raising the canopy on 5 additional trees. The estimate included grinding two stumps, one of which measured approximately 3.5 feet in diameter. The crew was punctual, efficient, and completed the job in one day. The arborist, Greg, stopped out in the middle of the day to assess the crew's progress and ensure that they were completing the work as promised. Although it was an expensive job, we were extremely pleased with Greg's punctuality and commitment to complete the work exactly as he had outlined. We would definetly call them again in the future.
