The drivers arrived on time and began as requested. Very professional and finished the move in the time stated. All furniture was put in place as requested. Excellent move.

A2B Movers were amazing. They moved our two bedroom furniture into a historic townhouse with narrow corridors with finesse. Dennis, Hugo and Javiar paid special attention to our antique furniture and made sure that nothing got scuffed. There was great communication and organization. The price was right, we did a lot of research on this. They were on time and went above and beyond. Would definitely hire this team again. Anne and Blair

A B rating is a gift for this move. All I had to move was three furniture items, two dressers and one antique pie cabinet. Arrival of the 3 guys was no problem, with a truck that literally took longer to park in my driveway than it did to pack up the 3 items I had to move from Dumfries to Mclean (35 miles). Packing up was fine and as I prepared to leave my empty house I asked if the movers were good. They said yes. As I drive to Mclean I am called by one of the movers who told me he left the paperwork in my house. So, I had to backtrack and open my house to get the paperwork. Great job. Then, as they unpacked the three items in my home, the gentleman working on the pie cabinet on the first floor had two glass pieces to put into the cabinet. As I cam downstairs after two movers were done with dressers upstairs, as I walked downstairs I see a moving blanket on the landing, which I stepped on and heard glass breaking. it seems the man working on my cabinet had left the remaining pieces of glass on the landing to make sure either myself of the other movers upstairs stepped on. This mover actually watched me come down stairs and said nothing to me. Now I have a piece of glass broken by me as the mover did not say anything to me nor could he explain why he placed a piece of glass on the stair landing for folks to step on. Stupid move. I am not exactly happy with folks who appear to have little moving experience, being sent to do a big boy job and if you do send them Mr. Pardo (tried to call you but no response), have them be responsible enough to get the paperwork and warn folks they are leaving hidden fragile items in the path of folks who do not know what is going on. In complete transparency I have moved dozens of times domestically and overseas and moving is second nature to me. 497 dollars for this job.

I was referred to A 2 B Moving by Angie's list. They had high reviews. They scheduled a time to come out for an estimate in the afternoon during the week and during a workday, which I agreed to, even though it would require me leaving work in the middle of the day to do so. They confirmed the appointment time twice via email, and via Google Calendar confirmation. I left work to meet them on time on the day they had set and confirmed multiple times. After ten minutes of waiting past the appointment time, having heard nothing by text, telephone nor email, I called the company and asked about the status. The phone was answered in Lorton, Virginia, I am in Roanoke, Virginia, where the appointment was and where the move is to take place. The person on the phone was professional and apologetic, but explained they were the Northern Virginia office, and my appointment was made out of the Roanoke office, and they knew nothing about it. He promised to reach out to someone at the Roanoke office (no listing exists for the Roanoke office for me to contact them directly, nor did this gentleman offer to give any such contact information for the Roanoke office that I might do so) and promised that someone would be getting back to me ASAP. I waited on the appointment for 20 more minutes and heard nothing, so I went back to work. An hour later I have still heard nothing. If this is how they treat customers when they are trying to earn their business, I can only imagine how unprofessional they would be once they feel like they have already "got" your business.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The entire A2B team displayed a positive / friendly attitude regardless of the task at hand, delivered an extraordinary level of customer care and exhibited a level of professionalism that positively outshines every other mover we’ve ever known. From the COVID-aware walk-through (and highly competitive) estimate by Grant to the ‘all hands on deck’ effort on moving day. When the initial crew (Ivan, Luis, Scotty, Dustin and Wilbur) arrived, they attacked the task with gusto but eventually realized the job required additional support. Within an hour six more smiling team members (Albert, Chris, Chemar, Ori, Victor and Grant) arrived to ensure the multi-destination move was completed without issues and on time! They not only pulled people from completed jobs, they brought in the Sales Coordinator and the Operations Manager to carefully pack and haul our possessions as if they were their own. The moves and offloads were quick and trouble-free with the Crew Leader (Ivan) repeatedly checking with us to ensure our needs and requests were fully met at every turn. All this and a final price under their original estimate! I fully intend to call A2B Moving & Delivery for my next move and most heartily recommend that others take advantage of their experience and expertise and do the same! A true winning team from top to bottom!

We just moved today and We had 3 gentlemen who they were excellent. This company did an excellent job on our 600 mile move. Communication was good from the start, the pricing was very reasonable, and the movers were very experienced and hard working. I recommended this company to a friend who recently hired them for a move as well. Keep up the good work!
