They did not listen carefully for my request. I asked themto clean the windows as well as the outside of the exposed vent pipes and they said they can do it for $110. when they came they said they cannot do the vent pipes and just did the windows. Said they have no time for the vent pipes.

Job not fully completed, failed to vacuum and clean section of rug. Had been advised they would move small furniture to clean and they did not. Also, broke toilet handle when pouring out cleaning water and failed to notify owner; only to be discovered after they left.
