In addition to that, they were extremely nice, respectful, and reliable, They knew how to correct the complicated issue I was having in the home, and achieved a great result in an efficient and expert manner.. They were very communicative in scheduling an appointment and letting me know when they would be arriving. Without hesitation, I would reach out to them again for any Audio/Visual needs I have in the future. Highly recommended!

While I appreciated that they showed up on time, but they did not let us know their hourly rate until they showed up to the place. The conversation during booking almost made it seem like it was going to be a free estimate. Additionally they dont take credit card, venmo or any form of electronic payment, only check or cash! Who in todays day and age does that?!
