Description of Work: Upon purchase of the Big Deal coupon, the service provided contacted me to inform me that they do not provide lawn service for my zip code area. They also informed me that this was the second "out of area" Angie's List customer that purchase a Big Deal couple.

Description of Work: Just after ordering the big deal, I got an email from the owner, Todd Thomasson thanking me for ordering the big deal, but appoligizing for not being able to honor it since they don't work in my area. He provided the names of another firm that uses the same organic product that they do. I have not followed up with this, yet, but intend to. Angie's list was also very helpful in resolving this issue and offered help to find another provider. All-in-all, it was a dissapointing, but good experience.
