The whole process went very smoothly and efficiently. I had used Manor Works to paint the exterior of my house 10 years ago and so I was familiar with their process. I contacted Victor Tirondola and scheduled an appointment to discuss what I wanted done. It was nice to see him again. He provided me with a quote that included power washing the house, replacing rotted wood with composite, caulking all exterior windows, and using a double coating of Sherwin Williams Duration paint (I upgraded the paint). I was pleased to see the same gentleman, Francisco, who painted my house 10 years earlier was still with this family run company. It was nice to see him again too. They do an excellent job on everything. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

Superior Painting Services At a Reasonable Cost We recently used Manor Works Painting for our exterior and interior painting project, and they did excellent work at a very reasonable cost. The two experienced painters--Freddie Luna and Ronald Estrada--showed up on time, repaired the rot in our garage door and various cracks in some of our interior walls, and then did a fantastic job painting the numerous areas outside and inside our house that we requested. The quality of their work was amazing and they took care of all of our special requests and provided excellent customer service. We were very pleased with their work, and Manor Works' 4 year warranty gives us peace of mind that our house will look great for years to come! Excellent company. Victor’s written estimate and contract was sufficiently detailed and was of much help when I did the walkaround inspection after the paint job was completed (we found one small item on the contract that still remained to be done). The painting crew was friendly, efficient, and skilled. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the cost.

I contracted Manor Works Painting at the suggestion of a neighbor when I needed to have some exterior carpentry work and painting done. From the time the estimator came to my home to the completion of the project, the process was absolutely seamless! I was placed on the schedule in less than a week and the project took three days to complete. Team Lead Alfredo and his crew arrived promptly each day as scheduled and were professional, amiable and courteous. Their superb knowledge and craftsmanship was second to none and I was very impressed with their superior work ethic, attentiveness to detail and exemplary customer service! They truly have the homeowner and his or her home's best interest at heart! Additionally, they are the masters of clean up! Each day of the project until its completion, the crew left no trace of being there except for their beautiful workmanship which drew attention from the neighbors! One neighbor had observed the project from beginning to end. She admired the work so much that she claimed she was going to call Manor Works Painting and have them do work on her house too! We just completed a significant exterior refurbishing and painting project with Manor Works Painting. I can say first hand that their work quality, professionalism and attention to detail were phenomenal. The team was also right on time, friendly and really cared about the quality of their workmanship. We will definitely bring them back for future projects. I have used Manor Works multiple times for indoor and exterior painting. This time they refreshed my deck, which was in pretty bad shape, with a waterproof stain and sealant. Victor gave me a very reasonable estimate with options. Esmerelda and her crew did an outstanding job. She kept me apprised of everything they were doing and why. Her team was prompt, professional, and hard working. Esmerelda went out of her way to make sure the paint/stain matched my current color, which I had really wanted. I've always been happy with the various Manor Works teams and will continue to use them for all my painting needs.

This is my 4th time using Manor Works, and they continue to all around excellent. Projects include interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, fence and deck staining. From estimating, to follow-through, to workmanship, to cleanup, everything is consistently performed at the highest levels.

I cannot say enough about Manor Works Painting, foreman Ismael and his crew. I am really picky but their work exceeded even my expectations. They were so meticulous, so expert and professional, and really nice guys to boot. They don't just paint - they restore the walls. They go above and beyond, such as cleaning old paint off the hardware as they go, setting my TVs, computer, and printer back up for me, vacuuming before they put the furniture back into place. I could go on and on. Customer service and truly excellent work is their goal.

Excellent. Call to request estimate promptly returned. Estimate scheduled within a week and provided same day as site visit. Scheduling was fast after accepting estimate. As always, the workers were cordial, profession and efficient. Repairs to extensive existing window trim damage are virtually invisible. Clean-up at completion was impeccable. Manor Work Painting (Alfredo, Rosario, and Milton) did a great job of mudding, sanding, and painting our garage and sealing our deck. They were able to come a day earlier than scheduled, worked long days, and cleaned up nicely after finishing the job. They worked hard and paid attention to every detail and many of our care-abouts along the way. We are so happy with the final product of their work!

Manor works did a fantastic job painting our child’s playroom, guest room, a bathroom, fitness room, closet and living room. They also added wainscotting to our bathroom and patched many areas in the ceiling that needed repair. Ismael was the forman on our job and he was fantastic all the way through. He talked to us about how we wanted the wainscotting done and made it look amazing. He also worked with us on which rooms were done when to best fit our schedule. He and his workers worked diligently every day and finished everything on time. (They we’re also very nice to our 3 year old!) We were very pleased with the finished result and would definitely use their services again.

Manor Works personnel (Alfredo and team) were very professional and had a great attitude. The work consisted of replacing exterior damaged wood with PVC around garage doorframe, window frames, bump-outs, and painting.

I've used Manor Works multiple times over the years. They're not the cheapest, nor should they be, because you're paying for a more professional level of service. When I have a job that needs the assurance of quality work I know there are no bargains. I can honestly say I've always felt that their crew went the extra mile to be sure everything was perfect.

My wife and I have used Manor Works for many years with great satisfaction. We may be one of only a few customers Manor Works serves in the Stafford, VA area. Francisco and his crew of three helpers are always punctual and professional. We stripped old wallpaper in our dining room and repainted the whole room afterward, which brightened it up. In our family room, we changed the color on the bottom of our walls below the chair rails, repainted the wainscoting, repainted the fireplace and mantel, walls and ceiling. In our powder room, we removed old 1970s tile on the wall, replaced the drywall and quarter round, and repainted the entire room with an accent wall behind the toilet. The powder room turned out to be a bigger job than expected! We repaired cracked crown molding and repaired holes left by a previous painting on the walls. Once done, we repainted that one wall. The rest of the room was already in good shape. The crew also fixed a small quarter-round job in another bedroom where we previously removed mirrored doors and remodeled it with a closet system a couple of years back. Francisco made minor repairs to the baseboard and quarter-round to give it a finished look. Francisco came back three times to repaint the accent wall behind the toilet, repair the wallboard work around the light switch, reconnect the ceiling fan electrical switch, which got disconnected and touch up the quarter-round painted white. Overall, we are delighted with the entire project. Our home looks freshly painted, more "formal" and eloquent than ever. The powder room remodeling completes upgrades of all three of the bathrooms in our home. I would highly recommend Manor Works to anyone looking to improve the interior or exterior of their home with reasonable pricing and guarantees on their paint quality. The painted the basement and did spectacular hob. They consultant they sent to help; with colors was amazing. They were punctual, possessional, and very easy to work with. They also pained the outside of my home 2 years ago and they will be back to paint my first floor after the new year

Vic gave us an estimate within hours of his assessment of the job, which was very impressive. Anotonio and his guys were wonderful! They showed up on time and worked long days. They fixed some areas, too. Antonio communicated with us every step of the way. This was a big project and we appreciated how professional both the guys and work!

Manor works provided exceptional service and quality. The project required extensive carpentry to repair rotted wood. CEO/estimator provided a detailed estimate almost down to the individual piece of damaged wood. Foreman and team were professional and friendly, arriving promptly each morning. They kept a clean and orderly job site especially when they left each day. The team quickly responded to my concerns raised while work was in progress. Cost growth was minimal and limited to items that were revealed when other damaged wood was removed. While not the lowest cost estimate, they provided excellent value and were worth the money. Working with them was a pleasure and I will hire them again.
