Excellent. Victor Tirondola the owner came out and provided competitive estimate and scheduled project quickly. Neri Garcia the supervisor was professional and quite the craftsman. Work was done on time and well done.

Very good although a couple of delays due to weather. Not really their fault but it was unclear based on their published scheduled when the work would actually be complete. I would recommend that they work on accurately publishing their schedule so customers can plan accordingly.

It went smoothly from the moment we set up the appointment for Victor to come over to do an estimate. He is attentive and personable and responsive to all your needs. The crew of 4 headed up by Neri arrived punctually each of the 5 days assigned to the job. They were meticulous with attention given to every detail from fixing imperfections in our wallboard to making sure we were happy with the color choices. Neri brought over several color samples trying them out on various walls. His goal was to make sure we were happy with the job — and we were. We didn’t comparison shop because we knew of their reputation to do a great job and that’s what we wanted. We’re getting ready to book them for a second job to do exterior work.

It took fourteen days for artistic Manor Works Painting painters, Freddy, Edgar, and Rufino, to meticulously transform our two-story house interior into a work of art. The three painters went above and beyond the call of duty in repairing imperceptible hairline fractures in our crown molding and bubbles in our drywall. Freddy even fixed our obnoxious dryer vent, so no more lint everywhere. I would most highly recommend Manor Works Painting for all of your painting and carpentry needs.

We are a returning customer with ManorWorks. We met with Victor, the CEO to discuss having our 20-foot high foyer and upstairs hallway painted. Victor showed up exactly when he said he would and wrote up the contract exactly as we had discussed. After a few delays due to weather issues, the three man crew showed up every day at 8:00 am and worked diligently all day for three full days. Their workmanship was excellent and they took care to protect our furniture and possessions from any damage. Even though Victor assured me that everything would be done right, I was still impressed with how well everything turned out. I highly recommend ManorWorks for your painting project.

Highly recommend Victor and his team at Manor Works. We purchased a townhome last year and decided to leave the majority of our main floor flat white, which turned out to be a poor choice with a toddler and a dog. Manor Works painted our tricky stairwell and a number of walls on our main floor, even touching up a few of the spots that we had missed or marked up while painting ourselves. We interviewed a few painters and Manor Works was not the cheapest, but their prompt communication, easy scheduling, and quick timeline made them the easy choice. We got responses to email and calls within hours, even when we had nit-picky clarifying questions. The online scheduling/calendar feature made it easy for us to find a time that would work for everyone, and the team was able to do the job in one day, which others could not offer. They even offered to move our heavier furniture for us when they arrived. The quality job that the team did made it all the more worth it. They left our home clean and beautifully painted. There were several walls on the main floor with vivid colors that needed to stay and they worked carefully around what was already done. I have yet to find even the tiniest splatter or droplet of paint.

Manor Works painted a large bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet for us. The work was completed quickly and very professionally. Our daughter loves her new bedroom! Will definitely use Manor Works again for future projects and would recommend.

Manor Works was fantastic. They were professional, punctual and very skilled from the estimate through completion of the work. Victor was very easy to work with on the estimate and scope of work decisions. He gave great advise and planning and the job went very smoothly. The crew headed by Alfredo Ortiz was very punctual and professional. Their skills were top notch and the repairs were very well done. The repair of our dormers was surprisingly more complex than planned but they handled it without issue and prevented a potential major issue. They constantly provided excellent communications and explained what needed to be done when extra work was discovered when uncovered by the demolition and repairs. The worked hard, efficiently and were on schedule as much as the weather allowed. They cleaned up the work site every evening and never left anything undone that could cause damage or issue. As a whole, the company, the people and the work were all superb. I will definitely hire them again and will strongly recommend them. They will be coming back in the spring to do the rest of the rotted trim repairs and painting. Thank you, Manor Works!

The process was super smooth. A color consultant came out and helped us choose the colors. We had a large basement, 2 bathrooms, and a bedroom painted. The team was friendly and worked hard, completing the work in two days.

The work was performed punctually, and it was easy to deal with the company with regard to scheduling and payment. The crew did an excellent job with the pressure washing, taking extra care not to damage the window screens. The sanding and painting of our front railing was also very well done, and looks fantastic!

The team did agood job. Responsive to any concerns and addressed them.

It went very well. The team was respectful of my house. Shoe protectors were used and tarp was laid to protect my floors. The painting took place on two separate days - in December 2019 and January 2020. Manor Works was asked to paint the garage entryway and foyer, living room/dining room area, the master bedroom and bathroom, the hallway leading to the upper level, and the home office. I very much enjoyed working with this company. I hired this company to paint my kitchen a few years ago and was happy to hire them again. The company arranged for a color consultant to discuss possible color choices with me. It helped so much to have someone to discuss possible color choices with, since I don't have a lot of confidence in my design aptitude. As a result of this assistance, the colors in my house look just gorgeous. After the painting, I feel as if I have a new house. As well, a substantial amount of wall repair work needed to be done because of the house settling over more than 20 years. Also, a border of wallpaper needed to be removed from the master bathroom. Not only was the repair work accomplished, but the painters also moved a lot of the furniture and books before painting and put them back when they were finished. They even rehung a number of my pictures! They were very careful with electrical connections so I didn't have to do extensive reconnecting of electronics. They cleaned the areas where they worked at the end of the day. Also, there was a difficult situation in the master bedroom which they adeptly handled. There is a pier wall unit in the bedroom that is as wide as the entire wall and to which the bed is attached. It was extremely difficult to get behind the pier wall unit to paint the wall, but they did manage to get behind the unit, which was extremely difficult. Manor Works provides excellent customer service. I asked them to come back to address a concern about part of the wall in the bathroom, which didn't look as good as the rest of the work. They came back without hesitation and ensured I was satisfied. I think Manor Works is a great company. As I said, they provide excellent customer service and do excellent painting work. The overall price for my job was expensive, but I definitely think it was money well spent. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

We have requested the services of Manor Works painting many times over the years. In fact, they are now our "go to" painting services. In the exterior they have removed wallpaper and painted every room in our house, including moldings, trims, doors. On the exterior they have painted the shutters, doors, and concrete foundation. They performed tremendous paint work on a extremely long fence and our deck. I am sure that we have been working with them well over 20 years. The crew leader and staff are highly skilled and professional.

Manor Works was fantastic - we had used them for a smaller job at a previous house (painting our kitchen cabinets), and when we moved into a new house we had them paint the whole thing. Very well. I reached to Major Works online to schedule an estimate. The owner followed up by phone and was able to offer an earlier time. He arrived when promised and did a thorough evaluation of needs, followed by a same-day written estimate. Follow up questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly, with a contract signed in a few days. The work started when promised. The team reviewed the scope of work with me on the first day, then checked in on arrival and departure each day. They worked cleanly and efficiently, all day every day except for rainy days. They did find some additional needed wood repair not covered by the original contract, which they showed me abs received prior approval to repair. The workmanship, which included repairing an intricate, Chippendale-style wood railing, was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Great communication and every promise was kept. In my opinion, the cost represented a good value for the quality delivered. I would definitely hire Manor Works again.

I am a very happy repeat customer. Alfredo and Freddy did another awesome job. They were here 8 days and were always cheerful courteous, and professional. Three rooms incuding a bathroom had to have wallpaper removed that the previous owner installed. The attention to detail that was given to this project was wonderful. Once all the wallpaper was removed, the imperfections in the walls were filled and sanded prior to priming and painting. They sealed off these rooms from the rest of the house to keep the dust to a minimum. There were two additional bathrooms that they painted as well. I am thrilled with the finished job in all 5 rooms and would hire Manor Works Painting again.
