Description of Work: After a major storm I had several trees and limbs down and hired LCI Tree & Excavation Services to help with the clean-up. They worked quickly and did a great job. We get a lot of "wood boys" asking for work in our neighborhood but I like to go with these professionals who are established and insured.

Then a guy named Mark Wines called our home office a couple of days later saying the order was supposed to be COD and asking why their invoice had not yet been paid. The fact is there was never any discussion about the order being COD before it was delivered. We had just received the invoice and were setting it up for payment. Mark Wines left the most rude, obnoxious, threatening voice mail for our ladies in the office. I have never in my 37 years in the construction industry heard or witnessed such unprofessional, loathsome, and hateful language and behavior. I still have the voice mail and hope some day to play it back for Mark Wines in front of his people, but then again I can only assume they are used to this type of language and disrespect from Mark Whines. Numerous follow up phone calls to Mark Whines have gone unanswered; this is not surprising. If you are thinking about using these folks run away as fast as you can!
