 + 0 moreDave's crew came out and spent a day and a half (as expected) to do the work. When they were done, they not only installed sod over the affected area, but mulched two beds on either side! They left the yard just beautiful. Even the water that will continue to drain now sounds like a babbling brook so it's like having a water feature added =) The crew was professional and friendly, and Dave and his office staff were always availabe to answer our many questions. In every way, this company exceeded our expectations. We are so glad we found Lansdcape Associates, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-notch, professional service. We will definitely call them for all of our landscaping and irrigation needs in the future!
Description of Work: A rather large section of our back yard was a soggy mess from a/c and storm drain runoff. Dave rerouted it to where the original engineers planned it to go, digging about 60' of pipe 10" below the ground. He also, at our request, kept some of the water going to plants that have come to depend on this water. I would not have even thought to call a lanscaping firm for our worsening soggy backyard issue - but fortunately, my husband did. From the moment Dave, the owner, came out and assessed our situation, we have been impressed and happy! He is extremely knowledgable about irrigation issues and solutions. I am guessing our job was small compared to some this award-winning landscaping design company gets, but we never felt like we were a small client. Dave came out and spent about 45 minutes assessing everything inside and out, measuring, etc. He gave me detailed information about what was most likely happening and what he would recommend. He later went back and worked up the price and emailed it to us quickly. He was also available to do the work quickly, which was a plus. Although the cost was more than we had wanted to spend, the scope of work (and need) was also much greater, and the solution much better than we could have hoped for.
