Overall was excellent. Contractor was very responsive from first phone call and came to the house when expected. Work was performed exactly as needed at a decent price.

Kozy Homes Corp. did an outstanding job for us. Enrique, the project lead, was a pleasure to work with. He inspected our house and provided a very reasonable estimate for replacing the gutters and almost all of the fascia and trim on the front, sides and back of our house. He scheduled the work around roof and siding replacement being done by a separate company. Enrique adjusted the cost and work schedule twice to accommodate some additional unforeseen but needed work. Kozy’s crews showed up on time and were very pleasant. They replaced eight panels of damaged stucco and saved us money by salvaging the remaining good stucco and piecing it to replace four additional panel –covered areas. They painted the stucco and also an extensive area of exposed concrete masonry around the house. They replaced almost all of the trim boards with pressure treated lumber clad in metal coil. We should never have to paint the trim again. They painted the soffits and other areas to match the new trim. They installed all new gutters and downspouts, adjusting them to accommodate a subsequent planned installation of Gutter Helmet. They swept the area around the house for nails and debris after the job was completed. Kozy Homes Corp. deserves our highest rating and we would recommend them for exterior trim and fascia work, painting, and gutter replacement.
