Excellent. Called on a Friday during dinner time on a 20 degree night when furnace quit working. Amar (owner) answered the phone after 2 rings. Tech Louis was at the house within an hour. He told me upfront about a couple of things he was going to try and gave me prices that were reasonable. Louis identified the problem (loose wire), fixed the furnace and performed general maintenance. He was competent and pleasant. This was the first time I used Air Quality HVAC and will definitely call again when need arises. The company was recommended to me by two coworkers.

It went great! More than fantastic and I could not be happier. They understood my urgency and had someone at the property within a couple of hours. They identified the issue which was to replace the blower, got the original part, and had it replaced the same day. My tenants did not have to suffer and my heating system was fully operational through the snow storm with no issues.
