Providing landscape & hardscape installation services to Charlottesville and surrounding counties for over 20 years. Every member of the Windridge Team will treat every client and fellow employee with respect, while remembering that an entire experience can be tainted by one misstep or miscommunication, and will do whatever they can to ensure that every client has a pleasurable and memorable experience with our company. They were excellent. They were punctual, their price was very competitive and I was very pleased with the job they did. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They put in about 2000 square feet of new pavers around the front of the garage.

They never finished the job, wouldn't commit to a time to do the work and were unprofessional. They actually told me that I wasn't one of their top priorities, and would finish the job when they had time. I felt this was bad customer service.
Description of Work: I was having a drainage problem with the driveway. We hired them to install new pipes under the driveway and re-laid cobblestone for the driveway.

Description of Work: I kept trying to get in touch with them via their advertised number, but they did not call back for a month. then I got the number of another person. I called him and he called me back and promised to call again soon, then I never heard from him either. so, I gave up

Response from Windridge Landscaping
On August 10th 2010, our estimator met with these clients at their home in Wintergreen, VA. They discussed planting native trees (redbud & dogwood), drainage work & installing a path. They did not wish to do the projects at that time & indicated they would contact us in the Spring of 2011 if they wished to pursue this work. We did not receive any further calls from them.
