Great to work with. Passion for his job. Had good ideas, didn't try to upsell, actually talked us out of some more expensive options. Arrived on time with colleague and worked hard to get it all done in a day and a half.

Gave prompt estimate and kept to that cost. Did appropriate work in timely fashion. Professional interactions

Dan provided an estimate prior to beginning work. He had worked on this water feature for the previous owners. It was losing about an inch of water per day. They arrived as stated. However in removing the liner for what was thought to be a stream, it was discovered to be a deeper pool (a liner was placed over rocks over another liner below). Everything seemed to be working well until the bill arrived, which was $700 more than the firm estimate. Dan said because it was for all the extra time it took due to the discovery. We we angry because he never mentioned during the project that it would cost more, especially since he had worked on this several times previously. He agreed to drop the $840. The feature was still losing water so he came back out to check it and strangely after his last visit, the feature is now losing water faster than before he came out the first time, which is disturbing. He will not answer nor return our calls.

Dan was very professional, and started and completed the job on time. Since then, we have had no problems, even during heavy rains.

Every year we are extremely pleased with the quality of his work and ideas for yard plantings and improvements. His staff do an excellent job including all clean up. We have had several drainage solutions put in place to deal with a heavily sloped yard including a berm with plants, and a large pipe with rocks to eliminate grass erosion. We love our native deer proof plantings and receive comlements from neighbors.
