Amfog

Paid more than three other bids for trees and then receivged a second bill for planting which was huge. Paid for maintenance program. Whenever I wrote to ask a question I was told that was not coverred because of bad winter or that deer ate the plants. Their guarantee had not restrictions until you asked. DO NOT PAY THEIR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE UP FRONT. I paid $ 400 per month for maintenance. They might have shown up one or two times per month - despite the dry summer. Their idea of maintenance is water no moisturizing material or fertilizer. When I asked for a receipt each time they visited the property with a list of what was done - I was never responded to. When I requested replacement plants they only exchanged three plants. one was completely a different tree and much less expensive and another $ 250 tree was replaced with a tree worth less than $ 100. When I questionede Yvonne she said she felt the smaller plant would do better in our location. I said fine but I want the same value of trees as what I paid for. Never received another response. The company touts their experience and yet I had to pay for trees that deer ate. I referred two other customers after my order. I will now excourage everyone I come in contact with to NEVER do business with such unresponsive and unprofessional business people. AMfog is in a service business and they are only out for themselves. They do not care about cusotmer service. I am unfortunately a good example of their poor shoddy work. I am still awaiting a response from my e-mail of four months ago. I am sure AMfog will be happy - my annual maintenance contract expired at the end of the month.
